No chappals dear.. but I am so very glad Shyam didn't marry Khushi. Otherwise two pure hearts would have been broken.. Khushi and Anjali!! I guess thats what happened in 4 Lions' previous show.

When I first saw Shyam I thought this was going to be a love triangle or something I thought he actually was going to be that one there for Khushi anytime ASR was mean and selfish to her then after the rain hug episode I saw him looking at her like a pervert that is when I started to dislike him alot. 🤢

I hope you are NOT referring to ASR as he was engulfed only and only by Khushi's thoughts after that!! 😃

It was way too obvious that shyam was Anjali's hubby. But honestly I hated the part how shyam's character was shown the door. The guy who feared that arnav shouldn't knoww about the real him,was ready to fight arnav for khushi, kill his own child but backsout from a mere slap from his wife whom he doesn't love. isn't the slap should have spurred him more.

what is surprising is that the girl falls in love with the guy who dropped her from his office and ditches the guy who saves her from the goons.

ipkknd is so hatke. so unpredictable. i love it. 😛

because the guy who saved her from goons wasn't hot and handsome as the guy who dropped her from his office cabin.

Well, I don't think to make Shyam Anjali's hubby was an afterthought so as to get rid of him so that Arnav- Khushi love story can happen. No I don't think so. Remember, the original plot was that of "Di ki Saut" so the entire story was about Di and her hubby and how this girl unknowingly became Di's saut and was subjected to brother (ASR)'s anger. So, Di's hubby was bound to be a villain from the start.
Even the makers never portrayed Shyam as a stright forward guy innocently in love with Khushi. He was always shown to be hiding something or the other. The scene where he enters buaji's house first time, where he stealthily looks through the slit between the doors was a testament to his cunning character.
Thanks for the input.

Oh, the first para was sort of how I thought I'd try to eliminate Shyam from the picture if I'd watched it then. I don't think the CVs just randomly made him a villain either. I missed the creepy Shyam scenes that you mentioned so I didn't factor that in.
the last sentence was sort of a general frustration about indian telly hehe
in any case. with the whole stealthy shyam and all. not so much a surprise right?
good post! :)
