Picture...well it depends. If the image is from a website then right-click on the image and go on properties and then copy the web address and then when you reply you click on this button , and then paste the address and click ok!
And if you are uploading an image from your computer then upload it on imageshack.us or photobucket.com....they will give you an link, and just copy and paste like before!
