Salman Khan's kind gesture for cancer patients!

Superstar Salman Khan has always been generous and kind-hearted to all. The latest reports say that the actor has lend his helping hands to the financially weak cancer patients.

According to a leading daily, Salman Khan has opened a medical camp for cancer patients, who are financially weak. The camp is being run opposite to Salman's house at Galaxy Apartment, Bandra, that charges Rs 2 per consultation.

A source informed the daily that Salman Khan has provided a doctor along with two bodyguards to attend to the patients. He has also added that at times, the medical check ups are done for free. Reportedly, Sallu has been long associated with cancer patients and they have also received great help from the actor.

If it's true it's very praiseworthy however it would be more praiseworthy if he were to make it a charity and not charge anything for consultations. He can afford to do that, and in a country like India an organisation that provides free treatment to cancer patients would be extremely helpful.
