I didn't see any specific post about Stefan for this episode so I just decided to make one (forgive the title, I couldn't think of anything else 😆).

I loved Stefan in this episode. When Rebekah gave Elena the chance to have all of Stefan's memories, his love for her be erased, Elena didn't say anything but the moment Stefan said "Do it" I was just heart broken and at the same time, a little proud of him. He wants all of Elena's memories, his love for her, the time spent with her to be erased and that's a huge thing he's telling Beks to do. I don't know if I should be thankful or not to Beks for having everything out in the open, but this episode did make me like her a lot more. I still dislike Elena and totally hated her interference when Stefan told Rebekah to compel him to forget. Elena knows how hard this is for Stefan, having to watch his love go off with someone else, that someone else being his brother.

With that said, I don't hate Damon and actually liked the scene at the end, where he told Elena to come to him and that happiness on his face was just so nice to see. I hope Elena doesn't mess it up with him like the way she did with Stefan.

Elena loves Stefan but she's not in love with him. I think Stefan needed to hear that and I do hope he's eventually able to move on.

The ending was super. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm eager to see how this partnership with Rebekah goes!

Crap SE:'(. I don't know how I will be able to see the epi & Stefan's crying face. I think I'll just fast forward the confession & watch Damon's happy face at the end.

I'm not giving up on SE. It seems foolish but...

It happened for good only. Finally, the truth is out and now Stefan can move on. He, now, really knows what Elena thought during those initial episodes.

And Damon at the end. Priceless. Magical. I fell in love with him for the umpteenth time. ❤️ I am so freaking happy for Damon and Delena. They both were genuinely happy. Real happiness. Aw. My OTP, My two little idiot babies... My Delena feels...😭

P.S. BTW, Elena stole my words. Once on my Dash I mentioned that everyone except Damon is looking at her like she is some broken/defected piece. And guess what? Elena said, Broken Toy/Project. I know its not the same exact words but still...meanings are same. 😳 I am so flattered. 😆

At first I felt sorry for Stefan...because it is really harsh to find out that the woman you love is not in love with you any more...especially in the way he did...But when Stefan asked Bex to erase his memories of Elena, I was so disappointed in him. And to top it of he is going to look for the cure because now he "really really, for sure this time" wants to know how Elena feels about Damon. 🤔

Stefan needs to be a man and move on with his life. Anyone who has been hurt in love (that would be everyone including me) can say this with all honesty that it sucks big time when your heart gets broken but thats how you learn to be strong.

He will move on. Surely.

I did not feel bad. Coz he said it like Elena cheated on him. She did not. Technically, they broke up before Elena made love with Damon. So the way he told Becks...I did not feel bad. But it was sad when he had to hear the truth that way, that Elena is no longer in love with him.

But over all, I liked the episode. Truth is out, whether you like it or not. If compulsion could do that, why would JP wait for like 9 Episodes...? 😆

Hey!

See, first of all, I don't think Stefan deserves this much of pain caused by Elena, whom he loves like anything. I was so happy that Stefan asked to erase all her memories, atleast this might have lessened some of his pain.
Moreover, I was very angry on Elena's duplicity. If she wants Damon, keep him but please don't hang on Stefan for support, he has already suffered enough.

And those who want Stefan to grow up, please ask Elena first. I mean what does 'I love him but not in love with him' mean?? She has to stop lingering on Stefan and let go of him. For Stefan's sake!

Agree! I'm happy for Damon and Elena. I'm happy she knows that she loves Damon, but the girl needs to stop holding on to Stefan. She shouldn't even give him any hope at all. I felt like her saying yes she loves him and then saying she's not in love with him just further broke him. I just want Stefan to become better with Caroline's help and then move on from Elena. Maybe one day, he can have a casual friendly relationship with Elena and a decent relationship with his brother, but I think things have changed so much that he can't really have a better relationship with those two. I guess it's for the better. I have hope for Stefan. He'll make it through alright, somehow 😊.

Okay I am kinda tired of people telling Stefan to "move on".. especially from the fans of Damon who has been in love and rejected by Elena, his brother's girlfriend, since Season 1 and NEVER moved on -.-
I am not exactly giving up on SE, one of the things I love about Stefan is the fact that he loves a girl from his heart and does not fall for someone else that easily. However I don't want her to go back to Stefan the way she always does. He deserves an apology after everything she has said and done, and a good one that is. I wouldn't even mind seeing him alone at the end, it might make me feel a bit sad but I would prefer that over a confused Elena with him and yeah I love him anyway so I'll always remember him as the perfect lover kind of dark character :P

I also think Elena needs to give Stefan an apology. And I agree with you about a confused Elena. I don't want her to go back to him because that would just make Stefan suffer more. I love Stefan as well, he was always and is one of my most favorites in this show. About Damon and him not moving on from Elena since season 1, I don't want to tread that territory 😆, but if Damon truly finds his happiness in Elena, then good for him. I want Stefan to find his happiness as well, after the hurt and pain Elena has brought him.
