Well, I think the actions of Saint Purvi are hard to understand. She is like God, that we say, Bhagwan ki Leela.

I mean how else one explain the continuous demand for Kanyadaan at the expense of throwing Ovi to the edge (when Purvi only wants to protect her). Then Purvi sleeps with a man hardly hours before the wedding. The next morning after the event, drops the BF like hot potato and forces him to marry her sister. Then, of course, she comes to know 2 important facts, - one that she preggo by her 'then' Jeeju, and two – her 'then' Jeeju haven't consummated his marriage and who declared publicly that he stills has the 'hots' for Saali. Well, a less God of a woman, could go for an easy solution, have Jeeju divorce Sister and marry him instead. This could save everyone – the child could have a father and not born illegitimate or need an abortion, and the sister and Jeeju could be spared from a life of misery, to put it mildly. But no, that too easy for our Saint Purvi. She forces Jeeju to consummate and runs away. At this point, it is immaterial what the action of the Jeeju is, only one matters here is Saint Purvi.

Now, at Kolkata, Saint Purvi being the lucky one quickly finds a guy. They get married or not, is a big question, but for all to see, they acted as any normal married couple could, from Purvi asking hubby dear, how patients can be more important than wifey. Impressing hubby with her unique blend of Marathi chai and halwa, sharing the same room and bed not to mention spraying hubster darling with water from hair. Now, could normal married woman do that in any given day to just a 'boy' friend. Couldn't that call me a 'characterless' girl leading men on. Besides, why could a successful doctor have a girl act all wifey for society to see? Well, my only conclusion, our Saint Purvi needs serious counseling and psychological treatment in all issues, you just name it. And if she is being considered Mahaan and tyaag ki devi and the founder of a truly unique social order, then I think we all are in a dire need for counseling, and psychological treatment for a long long time 😆😆
