Imtiaz Ali returns to the big screen with a new story that carries his signature emotion and longing. Titled Main Vaapas Aaunga, the film stars Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Vedang Raina and Sharvari. The makers unveiled the teaser today, offering the first glimpse into a deeply emotional story about love, belonging, and memory.

A celebrated musical reunion

Along with its compelling premise, the film brings together a striking ensemble cast. Diljit Dosanjh leads the story alongside the legendary Naseeruddin Shah, while Vedang Raina and Sharvari add a youthful layer to the narrative.

Music is set to play a crucial role in the film. Imtiaz Ali reunites with composer A. R. Rahman and lyricist Irshad Kamil, a trio that has created some of Hindi cinema’s most memorable songs. Interestingly, Diljit Dosanjh will also lend his voice to a track in the film, marking his first collaboration with the iconic team.

Produced by Applause Entertainment and Window Seat Films, Main Vaapas Aaunga is all set to hit the theatres on June 12th.
