Arjun and Bhoomi in their room. Bhoomi tells Arjun that Yuv did not like Savitri coming here at HH, she is worried about Yuv mis-behaving with her. Arjun tells her we have to be take care that Savitri's respect is maintained in this house as whatever she is doing it is for us. Bhoomi reminds him that they have to go to the doctors again tomorrow. Arjun tells her that her dream is going to be fulfilled. Bhoomi agrees. Arjun tells her that he has to go to USA for a project, Bhoomi tells him she needs him here, but then agrees telling him to come back soon. He promises to come back soon.
Shefali is talking to someone about tests when Reshma comes to see her, but Shefali does not see Reshma and continues talking. Shefali tells that someone that uptil now everything is going according to plan. Shefali finishes her talk and Reshmas phone rings. Shefali tells Reshma to answer her phone. It's a guy who tells Reshma that he has not seen her since last 2 days, Reshma talks in her original tone and loudly and tells him she is busy and cuts him off. Shefali asks her to change her ringtone, just in case anyone gets suspicious. Reshma tells her that in that case your plan will fail. Reshma again asks for her plan. Shefali tells her she will tell it to her when its time. Reshma says yes my work is to take 25 lacs and give birth to a child.

Arjun and Bhoomi go to get the prasad and flowers, and Baisa and Reshma walk towards the mandir. Reshma spots the guy who had called her earlier, he also sees her. She hides her face using her dupatta and goes hurriedly inside the mandir. The guy thinks he saw Reshma and follows, there is another girl wearing the same colored suit, he goes upto her, sees she is not Reshma. Reshma feels good that she escaped undetected.
At the hospital doctor is carrying out tests. Shefali comes and asks Baisa how Bhoomi is doing. After the tests are over. When Arjun, Bhoomi and Savitri come out, Shefali asks Savitri how the tests went and she says all tests were fine. Dr. comes out and tells them that Bhoomi's tests have finished, but Savitri needs to give 2 more tests, the he says we will go for IVF procedure and then the operation. Arjun tells them that he and Bhoomi will go on home and they should come in the other car. Savitri's phone rings, it's the same guy who asks her if she was at the madir today, she says no and cuts him off.
Arjun and Bhoomi are walking on the road. Arjun tells her that now they do not have to go to the doctors again and again. Bhoomi tells him they have to be with Savitri, they are talking and eating "bhutta" (I think) when a motorcycle passes by and the driver looses control and just touches Bhoomi a little. Arjun gets really mad at the driver, who apologizes saying it was just a mistake Arjun lets the guy go, but remembers Bhoomi's accident and tells her that in every person I see the same guy that attacked you and he has not been caught as yet.
Mamaji and Yuv are in the office, Yuv tells Mamaji that the project with Mansen has given to Arjun is better than the project that has been given to him and he would like to take over Arjuns project. Mamaji gets thinking and tells Yuv you just wait I will get you that project. Mansen comes in with a guy instructing him to make all preparations for Arjun's visit to USA. Mamaji sends the guy out and tells Mansen to give Arjun's project to Yuv and he will go, Mansen says that Arjun has worked a lot and hard on this project how can it be given to Yuv. Mamaji tells him that Bhoomi needs Arjun now, and Yuv is upset because of Savitri, and Arjun should be with Bhoomika at this time so it would be better if Yuvraj goes. Mansen gets thinking and then agrees with Mamaji and says that he will talk to Arjun, and if Arjun does not have any problems then he will do it. Mamaji and Yuv look at each other and smile.
Shefali is in her room thinking about the IVF process . She goes to her cupboard and takes out the small bottle of drug that she used to give Bhoomi.
