His production house itself makes films that objectify women. Charity begins at home, Mr. Bhatt. In the 80s/90s we had such good films from the Bhatts, Sadak, Saaransh, Naam, Arth, Tamanna, Zakhm and now I don't even know when their movies come out and go.🤔

Thats true. I wonder once the media attention dies down will his PH shy away from commodifying women. But anyways I would say the Bhatt style of showing sexual intimacy between adults in films meant for adults is much better than the covert commodification of women in item songs placed in films meant for families which are seen by young children.

I agree with that as well. Item songs like Chikni Chameli and Fevicol cause the hooligans to go more berserk than anything else Bhatts might present in their films. It is very disturbing seeing young children watch Katrina/Kareena gyrate their bodies and sing and dance to Chikni Chameli or Fevicol. They should have some sort of a censoring system for these things.

Item songs has existed in bollywood since 1950's

And they also danced to vulgar lyrics with semi clothed woman. And they were also tagged as masala family entertainers.
Watched by many parents when they were kids.

Actions speaks louder than words Mr. Bhatt. Prove it in one of your own movies without passing comments to media

Every one in Bollywood needs to shut the hell up. If your not gonna do anything then better not talk about it.
