I also agree that she's successful on her own, but I also believe that her career will be over if she speaks up against him. Aishwarya was quite popular at that time also..with HDDCS and Devdas happening back to back (most beautiful woman tag to boot), Vivek was hot property..yet their careers almost came to standstill for speaking up against Salman. The whole feeling then was that even if it's true, they should have kept shut. Most in the industry have this idea of "what happens in Bollywood, stays in Bollywood." People don't spill each other's dirty secrets that much anymore. Salman is a lot bigger than Katrina. If he wants, he can easily end her career. It's not like she's protected by other camps in Bollywood either.

Did you see Katrina during ETT promotions? She looked like a dead zombie and pretty uncomfortable the whole time.
