Author's note:Hey guys. Firstly, this isn't my return to IF. I had in fact not wanted to post this yet, as I had wanted to complete it first. This had begun as an OS, but it had become way too long, so I decided to make it an SS instead. As it is New Year's Day, I decided to post the first part, but the rest will not be posted until I have completed it.
I felt inspired when listening to a song in the car a few days ago (don't ask what song it is, it was actually ridiculous! 😆) But an idea started emerging, and I felt motivated to write for the first time in ages. This story won't be a happy one all the time, nor will it hold much resemblance to the actual show; for example, in my story Arnav was born a Raizada. You will notice subtle differences, and of course their entire story is different.
The events that led up to the situation they're currently in will unfold in the form of memories. You will occasionally see Arnav's point of view, but this is hindsight, where Khushi had learnt of what he felt in those situations at the time. Arnav, as stated in the first part, is currently in a coma.
Leave plenty of feedback to motivate me to continue!
Also, I'd be intrigued to read your views on the lyrics I post at the start of every chapter. I will post my analysis before the next part, but I'd like to see what you guys make of it.
