Mumbai: Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif is bidding bye to year 2012 on a high success note and plans to welcome New Year with her family. The actor is high in demand for the celebrity shows and bashes. But she has preferred to stay with her family members in London, making it a personal affair.
When asked how she feels to be on the top with number of hits, Katrina in her recent reply stated that she has learnt to tackle the success and she ensures that the success does not go into her head.
Showing her true professional side, she stated that she doesn't believe in number games popular in Industry and is not obsessed with numbers.
She said, "We look at our profession at face value! Once the camera says cut, you go back to being like any other person. As for competition, as clichd as it sounds… I only compete with myself, aiming to do better with each film".
Despite proving her acting talent in a number of roles, the actor has no priority for roles and is keen on doing roles which appeal to her fans.
Success hasn't gone to her head as she humbly puts the recent hits as a collaborative effort and credits it to a entire team. Often finding herself in controversy for working with different camps, the actor says that she is just happy to work with some of the most talented producers, actors and directors.
The actor has adapted herself well to get into the skin of different roles easily. She says, "I love challenging myself and being a part of different genres. I try not to get too comfortable in a certain category, so the switch was fairly easy since it was something I was very excited to do."
