No, Tina, it is because in the countries where capital punishment has been removed even for horrific crimes like serial killings or the brutal rapes and murders of children, no one thinks any more of the sufferings of the victims and of the need for proportionate punishment. The victims are by now almost forgotten, and everyone thinks only of the need to save the guilty from "cruel and unusual punishment". What of the tortured and raped and murdered children? No one thinks of them, so one gets films like Dead Man Walking.

The worse murderers thus get only a life sentence, and in India that can mean as little as 14 years. On the other hand, in the West, if you cheat the financial system, like the rogue trader who brought the Barings Bank to bankruptcy, you go to jail for 80 years.What does this tell you about the system's sense of priorities?

I still feel that some people deserve capital punishment, though in this episode Gorky portrayed that an innocent was gonna die.

i felt like slapping them to remain quiet, one was continuously talking and asking questions. and couldnt drool on Arjun's handsomeness that much😭

Ok jokes apart, Start was very good, about a criminal who has been given Capital punishment...

N then the birthday, everyone enjoying, Arjun ne bhi wish kiya, and then Aisha going to meet that lady...

Finally Arjun deciding to take the case, and even Rathore agreed

This was a crucial case, since their time was very limited, poor they had to work at night...

Arjun and Shree ki jori bari kamal hein, (kahin Gorky sir ne decide to nahi kiya ki Arjun ke liye ek female nahin, ek male lead hi jalega) they are pairing these two so much, they already have such a wonderful chemistry😆( No tomatoes please, was just a joke)

Back to the case, it was wonderful the way Arjun knew from the start that the prisoner was innocent on entering the house, and then his scolding the constable and finally his dialogue which he didnt finish.

And then Aisha meeting the jugde to get some more time, and then she just disappeared till the end😕

And finally the way the crime plot was taken, it was simple and straight forward, could never have guess that an MLA would be involved.

N Arjun's call which saved that man, he used this favor to save a stranger, he's marvelous😳, no wonder we all love him...

Thanx for the brief analysis 😊 I havnt watched the episode yet, but im getting eager to watch it now 😃 I wonder why Aisha disappeared though? Was she not feeling well, maybe that why she was not in this episode much...😕
