There is no privacy here. There need not be any privacy. This is the new face of an upcoming revolution that will (as it has to!) shake the nation as a whole! Let it be understood by each and every rapist and sex offender that no matter how worse they deform the face of innocence (their victims), even worse will come back and attack them. I don't demand any sort of a death penalty for them. I want them to be deprived of their basic rights, which includes proper functioning of certain parts of their bodies.

I demand their wrists to be amputated, and their eyes to be blinded and left for dead. Let them go out in the big, bad world out there and survive 'til their last breath. Death sentence is way too mellow a punishment.

U'r xpecting too much Xaf...m not even sure about d death sentence forget about amputing der wrists and making dem blind...des people might just close dis case once des protests stop...Indian legal system is too liberal...

Indian judicial system is not liberal, it's just plain useless and unworthy of qualifying for its integration with international laws on the same topic. If you look at our current, existing laws, you'll notice that they have gone stale and have gotten corroded over the course of time. Why are we still using the laws created by our British masters? Come on, India is a melting pot of cultures, religions, societies and communities. I am sure we can come up with laws to control this bestiality. But no! We won't. We will sit back and keep blaming our impotent government for all the miseries that have fallen or will fall on us. We are not a democracy - we are a democraZy. We are crazy, insane and out of our minds to elect these blood-sucking vermin as our care-takers; only to later realize we are the mercy of their disposition. If it's happy, we are saved. If they are pissed, we are churned!
