Madhu smiling all the time, being a happy person, is same like Ballu.

Also her craziness, the way she hid the mehndi from RK, making up stories that mosquito bit RK etc, RK knows too, the way he loves her being a crazy biwi. Both father and daughter are hatke, surprise you and amusing to RK.

Both are shorter than RK

Both interrupt shootings for reasons of their own.

Both fascinate RK (different reasons..but he was intrigued by Ballu also..no?)
