but this can't be flaw u have to make the show according to the viewers...For Ex in movies too Like DDLJ were RAJ and SIMRAN are NRI's but they were not shown talking fluent english..they are speaking good hindi..Gud observation... logically you are right... :)
but then we have to go by the characters too... aisi bohot sari cheezen aayengi for which we will have to compromise with ourselves :)
