Why a mother would give up her child?

Okay first is first, Karan Shekawat (whatever the hell his name is), if he was indeed Swamini's son, why would she give him up?

It pretty much would explain her maternal instinct towards Viren, but what reason would there be for her to give away her own flesh and blood.

(I hope they don't bring in some Ekta-ish plot point in that she gave birth to the kid and then was told that the baby died when her husband actually took him away...)

The other thing was that I've been catching up with the show as I haven't watched it in a couple of weeks so I'm currently up to the whole house auctioning fiasco. Erm, does it really take all night to get the Hrishikesh if Viren, Virat, Manvi and Jeevika have set off from Chandigarh at eight in the evening to get there for the next morning?

A simple google mapping it shows something like a three and a half hour journey from the Choudhary's to the Vadhera's. A bit of logic writers :P

I haven't been watching the show for the last week. (Even though I'm on half term and on the forum more- as there is no work to do to)
So I cannot comment on Swamini and her 'son'

But the house fiasco. I had that same reaction. They left at 11 at night and the auction was at 2pm the next day. Yet they still missed the auction. Did Virat really drive for over 12 hours?? I could understand if they left in the morning and then getting stuck in heavy traffic

Sabeeha.. there you go with the logic part...

3:40 minutes drive took them more than 18 hrs 😕

SB's son - do we see Ekta's twist here 😕 i guess not ..but what are the other rare chances of a mom leaving behind her baby

Yeah me thinks that too :)

Normally the writers are so predictable but for once we're stumped :L

have to see where SB track goes.cant comment much there.
about the rest, well they need a lot of logic.. There are stupid bloopers and inconsistencies every single day.
One you already mentioned,
J's running away never had any meaning.. Next, they allowed Manvi to keep 9 days fast and now they aren't letting her fast for even one day..i know KC is tougher, navratris are relatively more flexible but still 9 days !!
Virat's and Manvi's maturity quotient vary more than Manvi's height in VirMan hugs. Two months they keep chanting how Virat has matured and the next day, bam!! Vadheras are back to their old jaap.Same goes for Manvi.Manvi had cancer also comes as a realisation only when they want..and Its like if they have nothing to show, they insert a maturity scene.
And the list goes on.

Lol, I'm pretty much the opposite; been up to my eyes in work but I'm guessing that's the difference between a teacher and a pupil :P

That just really stood out for me because honestly every now and again, they keep throwing these horrendous bloopers in. I've been in bad traffic, but that surely takes the biscuit rofl

most likely...

Back when the whole issue was raised with Mannan, I think everyone was vying towards the whole 'out-of-wedlock' child story because there was no indication of marriage and in that circumstance I could have seen the archaic and proud Vadhera clan giving up a child whether right or wrong, but this just seems slightly off :L

But Munni, I could understand a character (women) leaving their child, (if the writing matched up) however it doesn't fit for Swamini because of her maternal closeness to Viren. Unless she is a person who can love other peoples children but can't handle having their own. (But I don't think that fits either)

P.S Munni ignore this, as it makes no sense
