Thread 1 was locked for a reason and a note is posted there and that explains why it was closed.

Thread 2 was closed without a note bcoz it is being reviewed and once its looked at, there will be a note there too.

In future refrain from opening threads like these. This question was for the mods, you can PM us for queries like these. We normally leave a note when we close the thread. But this morning we had 22 reports and and i had 16 PM's related to the issue. It does take time to go thru the reports and the multiple pages. We dont want the issue to escalate and we dont want the threads to get more messy, thats why we locked it w/o a note until we look thru all the pages.
