Loosing weight isnt a easy task
see exercise is really nessary for doing weight lose
it do not depend how much exercise you do but what exercise you do
and there should be no laziness in exercise
do 1 hr workout daily and make sure that this one hour workout focus on all problem areas.
Some tips
eat every 3 hrs...
dont eat biscuts or chips try replacing them with oats and musli's
salad is boring i know but find out some healthy salads and try to figure out your favs in them
and eat them
avoid eating after 7(believe me it does work)
if u are skkiping dinner then replace dinner with protein shakes
