It seems like great show. Loved first episode however too much Urdu is making it hard to understand and enjoy the storyline. They could use simple words from urdu that eveyone understands. Just a suggestion to CV.

The storyline is about Muslim household, how can you expect the conversation without urdu.

When you do not understand the meaning of the word - we are always there to provide you the meaning.

Learning something new should never be a problem.

But I don't get it.
Language has nothing to do with religion. Urdu is not a muslim language so why is it always associated with muslims. The show could still be in hindi. I mean it depends on where your brought up. muslims in middle east don't know urdu only arabic, many muslims in america and england will only know english and i'm sure there are many muslims in india who speak hindi.

Agree, also don't get why it is always associate with muslims, i would have loved to see them speaking Punjabi instead of urdu.

You are absolutely right but in the Indian sub-continent there are a Huge population of muslims who have urdu as their mother tongue. So, they communicate at home in Urdu.

The show is located in madhya pradesh where predominantly muslim speaks urdu.

The cast had to attend workshops to get the diction of urdu. Further, in these two episodes I did not hear any chaste urdu words it is normal colloquial words. So as viewers I am sure it is not going to be an impediment.
