Armaan rushed Riddhima to the OT. He tried to calm her by caressing her forehead.
"Everything will be fine… Ridz!! Be strong Dear…"
Riddhima was taken in and Armaan sat outside on the couch.
Abhi mujh mein kahin
Baaki thodi si hai zindagi
Though Armaan had said those assuring words to Riddhima some where he felt helpless and feared outside. He felt nervous, what if all went wrong, what if something happened to his Riddhima and their symbol of love?? No he can't think further then that… It made him scared to death now... Loss of Piya was enough for him, he couldn't go through the same pain again. He sat digging his head in his palms.
Jagi dhadkan nayi
Jaana zinda hoon main toh abhi
At the same time he felt some warm touch on his shoulder's. He looked up to see an innocent Geet with a faint smile on her face.
"Aap tension naa lo…" (Assuring through her eyes)
"Unnko kuch nahi hoga….. BHAI..!!" (Emphasizing very cutely on the word BHAI)
Armaan couldn't help smiling with tears brimming in his eyes. Hearing 'BHAI' after a long time simply brought out his emotions. Her endeared 'Bhai' and assurance of support for a stranger like him in this panic situation made him strong and brought some energy in his drained body.
Dr.Keerti came out of the OT after few mins and spoke excitedly.
"Congrats Dr.Mallik…!!! It's a boy.."
"Thanks Dr. (Shaking his hands with her) Lekin Ridz…??" (Getting tensed)
"She is also fine… It was a normal delivery. You can meet them…"
Armaan left a sigh of relief hearing her words.

He rushed inside to see a worn out Riddhima. He pecked her forhead and lifted their bundle of joy, their son in his fair complexed hands and sat beside Riddhima. His Champ was dicto like him, his carbon copy you could say. His red nose made him look all the more cuter. Being a Doctor, he had handled babies earlier but today holding his own blood he felt proud and yes a little senty too. Tears started dropping from his eyes which were wiped by Riddhima instantly not letting them fall down. She woke up when Armaan had lifted their son. Both saw their symbol of love with treasured enthusiasm and started caressing his features concerningly.

Geet entered the ward inaudibly only to see Armaan-Riddhima talking with the small cutie wrapped in a tiny white cozy blanket. She wanted to touch the pink glowing skin but felt scared looking at the delicate life. Riddhima understood her inner turmoil and forwarded the tiny bundle towards her. Geet looked at Riddhima surprisingly to which Riddhima gestured through her eyes to hold him. Geet with trembling hands looked n took the cutie in her trembling hands. Aww he looked so cute while yawning, innocently rubbing his tiny fingers on his nose.
"Congrats Gudiya!!! Tum Bua ban gayyi…" (Armaan spoke excitedly)
"Nahi Armaan… Geet Maasi ban gayyi hai… Hai naa Geet…" (Denying Armaans remark)
"Ridz… No Maasi… Sirf Bua…."
"Armaan Tum chup behto… Maine kaha na Maasi…"
Both got into a argument again. Geet felt tears brimming her eyes seeing the way Armaan-Ridz had bound her in new relations in no time. She looked at the cutie in her arms, his entry had again given her a new relation but which 1. She looked confused at the argument still on and smilingly spoke…
"Bhai aapne sirf meri jaan bachai hi nahi balki mujhe apni behen banaakar mujhe jeene ki nayi waja de di hai…. Isiliye Bua toh hoon hi main isski…" (Looking at the cutie)
Riddhima felt happy listening to it but showed fake anger and turned her face..
Geet looked at her and shook her head and came to the bed, Riddhima looked at her face poutingly.
"Aur Dii aapne joh mere dard ko samjha hai woh shaayad hi koi karta…. Aap mein mujhe meri maa ki chhavi nazar aathi hai… Issilye isski Maasi bhi hoon….Aur aap dono k chuhe-billi k jhagde ka bhi illaj hai mere paas Bua-Maasi millake main iss ki Bui hui… Kyon accha hai naa…."
Geet spoke enthusiastingly and kissed the cutie's nose.
"Bahot accha hai… Ab isska naam bhi tumhein batana hai… Main Armaan se ladkar thak gayyi hoon… Atleast tumhare saath toh nahi ladega…"
Armaan gave her a you-will-pay-4-dis-later look.
"Haan chalo.. Batao…"
"Isska naam main 'ABHAY' rakhungi…
Yeh mere 'Bhai' ka aayina hoga. Har waqt mujhe ehsaas dilaayega kii jab tak aap hon mere saath toh mujhe darr ne ki koi zarrorat nahi…
Yeh mere 'Dii' ka aanchal hoga joh mujhe har waqt uss ke pyaar ke chaav mein mehfoos rakhega…"
With that she again kissed his cheeks.

That was a start of a new beginning in Geet's life. She had got a caring brother in Armaan, loving sister in Riddhima.They were a new ray of light in her doomed life. Now Abhay or rather say her Bhai's Champ had brought an entirely new relation to her in this small family.

After few days Riddhima was discharged. Geet started mingling with them. Armaan-Ridz had a small villa but was beautiful enough. On entering the house the 1st thing they did was to show Geet her room. Yeah Piya's room which had remained closed for last 3 yrs. On opening the door Geet looked inside shockingly. The room never looked as if closed for last 3 yrs. The room was decorated with purple and red shades. There was a huge photo of Piya hanging on the wall opposite to the bed.
"Bhai… Yeh kaun hai..??" (Looking at the pic)
"Gudiya… Yeh meri pehliwali Gudiya hai… (With moist eyes spoke heavily) Umm.. Joh mujhe hamesha ke liye chod ke chali gayyi…"
"Hamesha k liye matlab…. (Getting hint of her death) Woh I m sorry…"
"Nahi Its Ok..!! I m relieved now.. Pata hai kyon??? Mujhe yakeen hai k meri Piya tumhare Maa-Paapaji k saath bahot khush hogi…. Aur tumhe khush rakhne ke liye Main Hoon Naa" (Spoke in SRK style)
Everything was perfect. Geet was pampered. No stone was left unturned to make her feel comfortable. Armaan-Ridz took her for Delhi sight-seeing made her familiar with all the shops, places and even some close people near their neighbourhood. Nobody could say looking at her that she is not from Delhi… 😆 Riddhima took her for shopping. Armaan was pissed off the way they shopped. Bechara, would be busy lookng after Champ 2 escape their shopping torture… 🤣 Coming to Bui-Champ relation, Champ kept Bui always busy with his tantrums. She used to bathe him, change his diapers, feed him, make him sleep too. After Riddhima any1 who could handle him was Champ's Bui, his 2nd mom you could say. (Aap log sochoge saara kam Geet karti thi toh Ridz kya karti hogi..??) All this was done when Riddhima had to go for her duty (Hospital). Lekin when Dr.mamma returned home Champ would instantly become Maa ka laadla and 4gt abt his Bui… (Vry bad Champ… 😒)Hoo… dhoop mein jalte hue tann koo

Armaan managed to get Geet's certificates from HP school and other government offices. (Arrey, he is Dr. Mallik kuch bhi kar sakta hai... 😳) He came to knw Geet had a vry strong interest in Biology and Life Sciences and then what.. asap made all documents, certificates for her admission in Sanjeevani. Geet never imagined she could have ever got this opportunity. But Bhai always managed to surprised her by showering his care on her.

Geet started attending her college. Armaan told the senior docs who taught her to give special attention and concern in her matters. He nvr allowed her to talk or interact with any stranger or outsider mostly men. Geet only as a intern got time to treat or interact with patients which Armaan couldn't help stopping but at the same time kept a watch on her surroundings. All the senior doctors knew about her case and so were convinced and abided whatever Armaan said. Armaan always brought her to college (Sanjeevani) and also dropped her back home. He would some how take tym from his duties to ensure about her safety. Geet had actually left behind her past. Nobody could tell she had gone through any sufferings earlier.Dor se tooti patang jaisi

This was the routine that the Malliks had been following from last 4yrs. Today was an auspicious day for Bhai n Gudiya. Kyon na hon... Geet was all dressed in a red anarkali holding the puja ki thal in her hands waiting for her Bhai, looking no less than an angel. Nahi nahi actually looking no less than a doll, her Bhai's Gudiya. The hundred dollar smile added glow to her beauty again.

Once Armaan came Geet put tika with some rice grains on his forhead. She then started moving the puja ki thal around Armaan's face. Armaan then forwarded his right hand, Geet took the silken band with shining beads on it and tied it securely on his wrist.
Armaan's eyes turned a little misty and self thought looking at the Rakhi.
"Aaj agar Piya hoti toh shaayad iss kalaai par do rakhi hoti.."
Geet fed him the sweet barfi and bend down to take his blessings but Armaan caught hold of her shoulders and gestured for a no.
"Gudiya, yeh sab karke mujhe tum sirf mere budhhe hona ka ehsaas dila rahi hon.." (Spoke teasingly)
"Bhai, Main toh bas aashirvaad le rahi thi"
"Koi zaroorat nahi hai hai… (Spoke raising his voice which made Geet shiver) Arrey mera ashirvaad toh hamesha hai tere saath… (Spoke caressing her hair) Chalo cut the emotional scene aur ley tera gift.."
Forwarding his hand he gave Geet a box securely wrapped in a silken cloth. Geet's eyes twinkled looking at it she took it from his hand and signaled through her eyes asking whether she could open it. He smiled broadly only to see Geet unwrapping it hurriedly to see a platinum bracelet with the initials 'GM'. Her new name 'Geet Mallik'. Her new recognition. She no longer was the Handa girl who was scared, ill-treated. She was now Bhai n Dii's adorable sister, her sweetheart Champ's Bui, Topper in her batch at Sanjeevani. Girl who was known for her hard-work, innocence and self-confidence.
