Alluring Black Eyes
After the Raksha-Bandhan ceremony, all sat on the breakfast table.
"Gudiya, dhirre kha na?? (Forwarding her a glass of orange juice) Kaunsi train chhutnewali hai…??"
"Bhai… umm umm umm"
Armaan gestured her to eat patiently as she was speaking with her mouth stuffed with the sandwich. After swallowing the sandwich she spoke.
"Bhai.. Aap ko toh pata hai na aaj Meow ka presentation hai + saare event ki zimmedari ussi par hai toh aaj main late nahi hona chahti.. Koi toh hona chahiye uss pagal ke saath moral support k liye…" (chuckle)
"Haan.. Haan Pata hai… Tu aur teri woh Meow… Lekin…"
Geet didn't let him finish and spoke adamantly.
"Lekin-wekin kuch nahi main aaj ussi ke saath hospital pahaunch jaungi… Aap jao... Don't wait for me…"
Riddhima came holding a sleepy Abhay on her shoulder.
"Haan! Armaan… Tum chale jao… Agar iss ki Meow nahi aayi toh main drop kar dungi isse…"
"Aisa hai toh thik hai… Waise bhi I m late 2dy… U'l tk cr.."
With that he caressesd Geet's cheek, pecked Riddhima's forhead and Champ's cheek and turned towards the exit. After he went Geet turned towards a sleepy Abhay who was having his parle-G biscuits dipped in milk.
"Arrey. mera Champ Abhi… Aaj itni jaldi uth gaya… Thoda aur so leta na…" (Spoke sarcastically)
(Ok gals remember 'Encyclopedia' from movie Chillar Party bas chashma nikalkar kissi aur ko pehna diya... Yeah u'l meet that person soon 😉)
"Geet, mat sata usse warna sahabzaade cranky mood mein aa gayye toh ghar sar par uta lenge…"
Riddhima spoke feeding him some sandwiches. Geet as a good girl listened to her Dii and moved away. It was a real danger to stay close to a cranky Abhay and if his Mumma was close by than that person toh gaya…

After half an hour, they could hear some1s continuous horns outside. Riddhima shouted at Geet from the kitchen.
"Arrey.. Gudiya bahar dekh toh zara.. Lagta hai aa gayyi teri Meow.."
Geet took her belongings, her bag, her cell-phone and dashed into the kitchen gave a side hug to Ridz and wet kissy on her Champ's cheek which he obviously did't like and ran out bidding a bye.
Outside was a young girl aged around 20yrs dressed in a simple kurti and jeans with a helmet, seated on her red coloured bike and stopped her horning hearing Geet's yelling.
"MEOWW… STOP IT…"
(Ok introducing to you Meow… Mera matlab hai Ms.Khushi Malhotra. Only closest friend of Geet with whom she hangs around most of the time. After Armaan-Ridz any1 with whom Geet spoke bindassly was only Khushi. Khushi had joined Sanjeevani 2yrs back when she had shifted permanently to India from America. Issiliye she too has not many friends only Geet you can say. Coming to present now.)
"Kya tu bhi Meow…?? Time dekha hai (Showing her watch) Its just 9am.. Event 11 baje hai.. Itni jaldi jaakar karna kya hai…??"
"Janti hoon… Par ek problem ho gayyi…"
Geet looked at her questioningly and sensing some trouble in store spoke sarcastically.
"Kuch naya toh nahi hai… Tu toh hai hi fevicol ki dukan, problems chipak ke ghumti hai.."
"Dekh tu daatna mat par gadbad ho gayyi (Spoke scaringly) Main jaldi mein Bro ka lappy uta layyi… (Spoke in 1 go and bit her tongue)
"WTH..!!! (Looking wide eyed at Khushi) Toh ab phirse tere ghar jana padega… Yahan kyon rukhi hai chal na… Chaldi jaa kar laate hai.." (Pushing her to start the bike and get going)
"Baat woh nahin hai… Its getting complicating now…(She hit her palm on her forhead) Bro ka lappy main layyi hoon aur mera lappy woh leke chale gayye… So.. Ugh Woh… Humein unn ke college jaana hoga… Aur"
She was about to speak when Geet knowing her intentions cut her.
"Dekh.. Meow..!! Am out of this tujhe jaana hai toh tu jaa I'l wait for u in Sanjeevani.. Tujhse kuch chuppa nahi hai… U knw Bhai ko pata b chala toh.."
"Dekh meri Maa, meri Chui-Mui main tere pair padti hoon plz come vd me.. Mere repo ka sawaal hai… Dekh kissi ko kuch pata nahi chalega… Maine saara intezaam kar diya hai…"
She hurriedly got down from the bike and fished out a jacket and a scarf and showed it to Geet with a devil smile. Geet didn't budge from her decision and so at last Khushi had to apply her emotional drama.
"Plz Chui-Mui.. Manaa mat karna.. Tu nahi aayegi toh lappy ko pakdega kaun… I didn't get my back-pack Yaar… Aur tujhe pata hai naa.. I don't go to any place alone without you, without Bro… Kabhi nahi…" (Spoke poutingly with some fake tears)
Looking at her dimmed face Geet couldn't help much. She could nvr see anybody sad She half heartedly agreed. She was only scared of 1 consequence agar Bhai ko pata chala toh.. He definetly will screw them.

They reached Delhi Management Institue within 15mins. Khushi parked the bike inside the parking lot of the college campus. She took her Bro's lappy and turned towards Geet.
"Tu bas yehin ruk, main bas 5min mein aayi…"
"Dekh.. Plz late mat karna… Main yahaan akeli hoon…" (Getting scared)
"Main bas yoon gayyi aur yoon aayi…!!!" (Spoke pointing her fingers)
Its been 15mins nw, Geet kept looking at her watch there was no sign of Khushi. She didn't knw what to do nw. She removed her jacket and untied the scarf from her face and went inside the campus. She had to search for Khushi b4 Armaan could call her and would doubt abt her whereabts bcz her Dearest Dii would had informd Armaan abt their time of leaving. She saw many youngsters moving here n there, some working on their lappys, some listening to music on their earphones,some chatting amng themselves. She felt nervous alone there. She moved towards the corridors which were silent and lonely. Perhaps classes were going on and so not much rush. She moved forward towards a staircase showing the signboard 'MBA Lecture Halls''. She self thought."Khushi's Bro is doing MBA right so unnke classes bhi uppar hi honge. Hope Meow wahaan ho.. Babaji… Plz.."
When she reached upstairs she saw two more corridors, she didn't knw which 1 to take. Geet moved towards the left 1, oly 2 c some guys having some cans of hard drinks and smoking. A shiver ran down her spine looking at them. Unfortunately 1 guy saw her and shouted out.
"Hey.. You.. Stop there…"
Geet just didn't wait and ran back to the staircase junction. She couldn't find any place to hide. She took the corridor towards the right and hid behind the door of an empty lecture room. She didn't make any sound, catching hold of her heart with 1 hand and blocking her ragged breath with her dupatta. She mentally chided Khushi.
"Yeh kaha phasa diya tune mujhe… Meow…???"
Jst den she heard those guys again. They were hell bent to catch hold of her. When they had moved away frm the lecture room. She hurriedly came out making no noise and started moving backwardly. She had reached near the staircase junction again and turned to run away when she collided something or rather say some1.
Geet closed her eyes as she felt she would soon hit the floor but instead a pair of hands caught hold of her waist. Both lost their balance. She fell on a well built person and unknowingly gripped his biceps to steady herself. Her long black hair fell on his face blocking her view yet she managed to see the deep black eyes. She felt her heart beating at a faster pace. She came out of those alluring eyes and got off him hurriedly. Dusting her dress, she lifted her bag and other belongings from the floor and dashed out of him without speaking a word. She ran downstairs and saw Khushi. She mentally thanked her Babaji and swiftly pulled Khushi with her outside the college.
"Pata hai kaha kaha dhudna pada tujhe…?? Ab jaldi chal yahaan se…"
