YUP!!! it is just Khushi's Arnavji that we saw today...

The way he told her in the precap that after their marriage this is his first b'day and he DOES expect her to wish him a Happy B'day... little does he know his minx of a wife, knows fully well that he had expected her to wish him, but had deliberately refrained from doing so coz she had wanted to hear it from his mouth itself.

exactly she planned the thing so that Arnav blurts out the truth that he wants attention in this day.

actually Arnav changed after falling in love..he never cared about his bday before Khushi came to his life...now he cares coz Khushi made him feel that he's special...n he started expecting from Khushi without his own concern...the power of love
