Hi guys! 😊

Since I did not write yesterday, will combine the two episodes and write. Read it with your morning cuppa, or as a bedtime wrap-up (whichever time-zone you are in). Since it's combined, the sequence of events makes for a good flow, length, and excitement! Enjoy reading the back-to-back posts!

The assault on Shyam's psyche continued on his Wedding Anniversary as the painful peals of his unborn child slit repeatedly through Shyam's gloating air. Shyam has been victim to his own plans against him during the last 24 hours - glass shards in his razor, glass pieces in his socks, blank calls, abortion pills, electric shocks, and now the wailings of a child. There is just so much a man can take of his own medicine, and when delivered in high, quick doses, it can terrorize anyone, make anyone tear their hair out and upturn their peace of mind.

Trying to steady his nerves with water that he pours in a glass with a terribly shaken spirit, Shyam is again thrown back with the video of his unborn child appearing on the screen in front of him. The glass of water slips through his numb fingers and crashes onto the floor - the very nerves of Shyam have crashed just like the glass, he can take it no more - the unending piteous wails, the speck of his unborn child on screen surround him closely, suffocate the air he breathes, wrap around his head, wind through his ripped mind, and squeeze his soul and mind to breaking point. They leave no room for him to escape from the heinous deeds he has committed. They remind him of the torture, the un-mercifulness, and the wickedness of his crime. Over and over again, Shyam is attacked by his unborn child screaming out to him, crying out to him, clinging on to him, until it drives him to rush out of the room with a dreadfully jarred, traumatized, and mortally petrified soul.

In his frightened state of mind he bumps again the very woman against whom he plotted and actioned several murderous plans. She is the very woman who has only given him love, and attention - something he only used and never valued. She immediately sees that something is wrong with him and enquires if he is well, only to be quelled by him saying that nothing is the matter.

How can he tell her what he has been through? He has already been seen as a fool, as the boy who cried wolf when he narrated the first few events to her and the family. Shyam has always had his pride and ego with him. His pride and ego would not tolerate anyone seeing him in a low light. His need to be seen for the fake personality he dresses himself with would keep away from looking silly, stupid and a fool in other people's eyes.

There is also the fact that at this point, Shyam has undergone a thoroughly harrowing experience that has left him devoid of his usual composure, confidence, quick-wittedness, smoothness, and comprehensibility - words seem to fail him at this point as his mind rings with the unnerving trials he has been subjected to.

The whole family joins them as the start to the evening is laid down by NK who tells everyone that Khushi and he will be putting up a play, a drama for the wedding anniversary. Shyam, whose mind is still reverberating with the terrors of the past few hours, is immediately pulled back to the present with the word 'Drama' that NK uttered. NK clarifies on Shyam's enquiry that more than drama, it will be a 'Dhamaaka', a dhamaaka that promises to shake up everyone thoroughly. Shyam clearly has had enough of Dhamaakas in a row to last a life time, and is unsettled to know that he has to witness yet another one right after the terrifying events since yesterday that have wrecked his wicked, cunning, self-confident, egoistical, and greedy depths.

Guided by Anjali, he sits reluctantly beside her as the play unfolds. However, he is hardly able to focus on their love story being enacted as an eerie aura keeps breathing down his neck making numerous shivers run down his spine. Anjali on the other hand sits blissfully next to her nerve-rattled Shyam, unaware of what the next few minutes hold for her, unaware that her dreams of love and a loving husband were going to be highlighted as a nightmare - that her husband's true nature would be presented to her.

Right beside Anjali sits her dear brother Arnav. He knows that the upcoming events will shatter his sister once more. Her marriage was one of the most beautiful dreams she had ever woven, a dream that had a loving relationship, an understanding husband, and a marriage filled with happiness, love and security. His eyes betray the escalating concern for Anjali, he looks at her sadly, wishing that she could be spared of the impending devastation. His agony-filled eyes keep her reactions, her happy face, and her in sight - his loving brotherly eyes stay on her, keeping a watchful gaze over her. He had taken her blessings, and had renewed his brotherly bond of protection from her just that morning - it was for this very time. The hour had come for him, to maintain his vows, no matter how tough it was going to be. As a brother who only wanted happiness and security for his sister, Arnav places himself beside Anjali, keeping an alert eye on her, staying by her side to provide his shoulders for her to lean on once the truth was out.

The play enacted by Khushi and NK as Anjali and Shyam respectively slowly narrates the love story of Anjali and Shyam. The beginning is smooth, lovely, beautiful and full of sweet promises, but the play reaches the saddest pitch of the evening when the unborn child is brought into the picture.

Shyam's highly strung nerves pick up once again when the topic of the child comes up and dread fills his heart as he watches NK perform his role of a dhol-waala. Anjali is puzzled at the turn of events, she knew that it was Shyam as the dhol-waala on the day of her godh-bharai... but why were Khushi and NK enacting this? And how did they know?

Arnav hardly lets his eyes waver from his dear Di. She had always taken his support, always depended on him to get through bad, rough, devastating times - this time too, Arnav is there for her, right beside her. He leans closer to her, knowing that the most heart-breaking part would be unleashed soon, and that Anjali would not be able to take it, she would not be able to withstand it's painful force, and the horrific knowledge that would come with it.

Shyam had installed cameras all around the house, and his own plan backfired on him and trapped him today. The video clips that Arnav-Khushi saw on his laptop of him exchanging the medical pills for Anjali, and strewing the carpet with glass-pieces for Anjali rivet everyone's disbelieving attention... especially Anjali's. A painful gasp, a sharp intake of breath escapes from everyone as they watch the screen in horror as Anjali steps onto the glass shards hidden among the fur of the carpet.

Anjali stares shocked at the screen, she doesn't even notice as Arnav slowly and softly puts an arm around her, holding her to him, his gentle yet steady arm of support keeping her from breaking... she glances slowly at her husband's right wrist, the wrist that had a bracelet with a blue stoned pendant - the very same bracelet that had mixed her pills, that had laid a carpet of glass pieces for her... and she can't take it anymore... she covers her ears desperately, closes her eyes, not wanting to hear, not wanting to see, denying the truth held in the video footage...

Arnav however holds her strongly by his side. For once, Arnav though pained by what his sister has to go through, makes her confront the truth. Though breaking inside over her state, Arnav makes Anjali sit through the videos that would break her dream of her happy married life. Weeping in Arnav's arms, not wanting and yet wishing to watch it till the end, Anjali picks up her last straws of courage and strength to watch the video that shows her husband delivering the electric shock to her that caused her to lose her footing, to fall down the stairs, and to lose their child.

There is a stunned moment of helplessness, of disbelief, of anger, fury, disgust at someone so heinous like Shyam, and overwhelming pain, shock, and sympathy for the shattered Anjali. Naaniji, Maamiji, Aakash, Payal and NK all stare at Shyam with mixed expressions of deep sorrow for Anjali, and extreme loathing for Shyam. Arnav gently raises Anjali to stand, even as Shyam tries to get away from the proof of his crimes. He walks a few steps only to be stalled by a familiar haunting sound - the distressing cries of a baby. He turns around wildly, scared out of his wits again. The cradle he bought for their child swings in shadowy light, dolls, toys, and a toy train all clamour to make an impression on his disheveled state of mind. The wails of the baby echoes all around him, the swinging empty cradle and the spinning, whirring toy train spin his mind around, upside down, and they cry, puff, and swing relentlessly until he screams out that it is all a lie.

Arnav reaches him in a micro-fraction of a second, abandoning his pillar of support for Anjali for a moment, only to be replaced by his faithful, his equal and his soul-mate Khushi, who appears beside Anjali in the same micro-fraction of a second. Khushi and Arnav are always there by Anjali's side. Since they are soul mates and equals, they take each other's place for Anjali when the other isn't around. Khushi stays by Anjali's side, while Arnav deals with Shyam.

Shyam refutes every video footage, and every accusation against him. Arnav does not leave him, he pounds Shyam with questions, which Shyam deflects each time. The truth doesn't come out until Arnav asks him why he wanted to kill Anjali. That is when Shyam, heckled beyond repair, shunted around by the recent events, unnerved, edgy, and unthinkingly blurts his own crime that the pills were just to abort the child, and not to kill Rani Sahiba. Arnav's shaatir dimaagh caught Shyam unaware making Shyam confess his own deed!

The moment his words leave his mouth, Shyam realizes that he cannot go back... the videos could still be labelled false, but words from his own lips... said by himself... he cannot take those back. "Haan... hai hum bure!!" he lashes out... and confesses his crime with every bit of pride at the glory of it... the success of it that enabled him to re-enter Shaantivan.

Every account of his misdeeds against Anjali and their unborn child is recounted by him with an unhidden glee in his voice. "Ek chotta sa short circuit... aur Dhaam se giri Rani Sahiba!!"

Shyam proceeds to continue gloating about his plans, about his kidnapping Arnav, about scheming against Anjali, about killing their own child with his own hands... for once all attention is on him... every planner, every person who carries his secret for too long falls for this temptation - the temptation to boast about ones deeds, to praise oneself, to share the glory of their plans with everyone else - they do all this to be recognised as a person who is intelligent, who is clever, cunning, and sharp.

Few months back I had dedicated few posts psychoanalyzing Shyam's character. I had said then, that Shyam has a deep inferiority complex. I had said at that time that Shyam wanted the wealth, status, and position of the Raizadas, especially Arnav's power. Well, this came out from the horse's mouth itself today... I had also said at that time, that Shyam's ego, his pride, and own tongue will be his downfall. It finally came true today. Shyam couldn't resist this opportunity - the opportunity to show others just how brilliant he was at breaking people, planning against them, and causing them harm. This was one of the moments he has been waiting for all this time - a time to feed his pride and ego. While he basks in his glory, Shyam forgets his main source of wealth and value - Rani Sahiba.

The biggest, most shocking fall for Anjali was not then when she fell down the stairs, but it was now... to see her ever caring, loving, understanding, supportive, considerate, and soft-spoken husband Shyamji turn into an evil being who never loved her, who only wanted her destruction, who killed the blossoming ray of hope in her life - her baby.

Mrs. Anjali Manohar Jha.. a woman who cherished her love, husband and married life since the past four years... a woman who kept innumerable fasts and pujas for her husband, a woman who was about to be a mother to a pyaari Raajkumari... today that woman was left frozen... her dreams, hopes, wishes, happiness, and love froze all over as she saw and heard her husband whom she loved so much boast about his crimes, revel in his madness. Anjali finally witnessed herself the true character of Mr. Shyam Manohar Jha. Just like Khushi said, Shyam had to confess his own deeds for Anjali to see the truth... this had to be done in order for Anjali to believe the truth about her villainous husband, about the extent he could go to.

Anjali believed in the institution of marriage, she valued it, respected it, and besides her Chotte, her marriage was one of the most important things in her life. Everyone who knew Anjali was aware of the depth of love she invested in her marriage, knew how paranoid she was about anything going wrong in it. Khushi too witnessed this first hand when she had decided to first tell Anjali about Shyam's truth - that he had gone ahead with the engagement with Khushi even as he was married to Anjali. However, just as she is about to tell Anjali this, Anjali's Mangalsutra slips off and falls... only to be caught and saved by Khushi. Anjali immediately slips into a frenzied state of worry, fearing the worst, and praying that all will be well - she wouldn't be able to live without her Shyamji - and she held her Mangalsutra carefully then.

That was Mrs. Anjali Manohar Jha, today was the unveiling of Anjali Singh Raizada - the woman who clutched the ornament that had meant the world to her - her mangalsutra, there is almost a tinge of regret, a drop of heart-break, and a nascent wrath in her eyes as Anjali pauses a moment before wrenching the Mangalsutra from her neck and casting it away on the floor. The beads of her Mangalsutra scatter all around - much like her dreams, happiness and love. The Mangalsutra is empty now... it holds no value whatsoever, no worth, and no significance - just like Shyam's fake love for Anjali all this while.

Anjali sinks to the floor, almost like Anjali Manohar Jha sinking away soundlessly, taken away by the furious tides of circumstance... drowned in a whirlpool of betrayal, deceit, unrequited love, and evil. Anajli Manohar Jha ceased to exist at that moment.

Shyam, lost in the spotlight of his vanity, is awakened to the reality when he hears Khushi and Arnav shouting out to Anjali. It is then that the bulb in his mind flickers on and illuminates the grave error he has committed by spilling out the truth in front of everyone. He sees Anajli on the floor, and then his eyes catch sight of the broken Mangalsutra, the beads no longer stringed together, the bonds of marriage strewn across the floor. Shyam may not have kept the promises of marriage alive with Anjali, but he does know the importance, sanctity, and reverence that Anjali holds for marriage. The broken Mangalsutra spur him into damage control mode, knowing that Anjali would do such a thing only if extremely shattered beyond repair. But it is Shyam's old habit of never giving up that spurs him to still revive the old Rani Sahiba - the Rani SAhiba who would forgive him instantly, the Rani Sahiba who would believe him over anyone else, the Rani Sahiba who would love him no matter what others accused him of, the Rani Sahiba who always saw to his ease, comfort and happiness... the Rani Sahiba who he could always fool, dupe, and cheat!

Anjali ceased to be Rani Sahiba the moment she heard her own husband Shyam victoriously announce his plan that killed their unborn child. She was no longer his wife the moment he confessed of trying to kill her Chotte in order to get his hands on their money. She was no longer Mrs. Shyam Manohar Jha the moment he unflinchingly snubbed her love, her care, her devotion, and her.

Shyam desperately tried to convince Anjali that It was Arnav and Khushi's plan to falsely accuse him of all the deeds. Shyam was still under the illusion that his Rani Sahiba would save him this time too.

As Anjali rises from the floor, Shyam sees a glimmer of hope that it is Anjali Manohar Jha who has risen, but he is mistaken.

AnSR (Anjali Singh Raizada) was the woman we all have been waiting for.
My ideal AnSR (if you remember my old posts) has always been the woman who could stand on her own feet, who could manage her own trials, who would not depend on others, who could defend herself, fight for herself, and stay true to her morals and virtues. I was glad to see my ideal AnSR come forth today as she stood up steadily, brushed off Arnav's hand from her shoulder and walked away.

AnSR decided to leave the present rude wake-up call in the past. As Anjali Manohar Jha, she was highly sensitive to the sacredness of marriage, but as AnSR (after being witness to the mockery of marriage), she walks away from it all... she does not deign to even glance at the traitorous being who was her husband, and most of all, she walks right past the destroyed beads of her Mangalsutra, not giving them a second glance.

Shyam never expected this to happen, but his thick-headedness or never-say-die-spirit (whichever you fancy) follows Anjali as she walks away from the scene of truth, as she silently walks toward her sanctuary. He tries convincing her that it was all a plan to malign him, that it was all lies. AnSR however pays no heed to him and proceeds up the stairs.

Shyam lays the blame on Khushi, saying that she brought him back in so that she could have him near her (what a lie to tell Rani Sahiba especially after he clearly told her few weeks back that Daadi and he were working on getting him inside RM). No one else in the house had a clue about him, Daadi and Anjali being in contact with one another! How then could he so easily lay the blame on Khushi? For once, Anjali catches on to his lie. (This reminded me of the first showdown of Shyam when he says that Khushi was after him, when he had clearly told Arnav on the terrace night that it was he Shyam who loved Khushi and not Rani Sahiba - ASR caught his lie then). This time, Shyam commits the same mistake, he forgets that Anjali was party to his plans of trying to enter RM, and digs his own grave thereby.

Anjali still stands in stony silence, unwilling to look at the man she once revered and adored. Khushi, unable to tolerate Shyam accusing her again, runs to Anjali's side and advises her to see Shyam for who he is - a liar, a cheat, and an evil man. Anjali still doesn't say anything, but the moment Shyam utters the words that he could never hurt their child, this is when the wrath of AnSR, of a mother turns around to Shyam, and whips him verbally for daring to talk about their child after he has murdered it.

As a mother, she could not stand that her child was killed by its own father... a man who now could not even be called a father after the atrocious crime of killing his own child. A resounding, fury-filled slap crosses his face as Anjali puts in all her strength, rage, hatred, disgust, and contempt into it.

Shyam is left staggered at Anjali's reaction. His Rani Sahiba is nowhere in sight. Instead in her place stands a woman, who inspite of her dreams just being beaten, stands there facing him , with powerful rage, hatred, and disgust flashing in her eyes as she gives it back to him with tremendous fortitude and valour.

She had remained faithfully by his side throughout the ups and downs, she had given him everything he needed, she stood true to the vows of marriage. She disbelieved the others and believed him when they pointed fingers at him, she fought for him when everyone else had disowned him, she trusted him, and had blindly believed in him.

And what had he done in return? He had deceived her trust, murdered her love, broken the vows of marriage, cheated her beliefs, and had played with her heart. Even that wasn't enough for him, he went ahead and robbed her of an innocent unborn life - a life that Anjali was looking forward to - her Raajkumari.

Anjali holds nothing but 'ghinn' for Shyam after all this. The very word Khushi once used for Shyam. Both women cheated by him, blackmailed by him, used by him, deceived by him - today both women stood side by side facing the monster who threatened their lives. Both women look at him with utter disgust and hatred in their eyes. Both women awakened to the evilness of his nature. Both women who turned away from him at this moment, outcasting him from their lives.

Arnav, the man for whom both these women are important, runs up to Shyam once he hears his sister make her decision - that Shyam get out from her life, holds him by the collar (the same way as the last time) and throws him out at the door, and into the hands of the police (like he had told Shyam the last time "Himmat maine abhi dikhaayi nahi hai... Agar himmat dikhata toh tum apna baaki zindagi jail main bitaana padta. Di ki prarthnao ka shukar karo ki main tumhe aise hi chod raha hoon."

This time, his Di herself gave the verdict - the last time it was Arnav who had made the decision, Anjali was still Anjali Manohar Jha then, she was unsure who to believe in - her brother or her husband - but this time she is clear, and without provocations from anyone, she had made her decision the moment she rose as Anjali Singh Raizada.

Anjali refused to even look as Shyam was taken away. The last time she had watched until the door closed on his face - but this time, she keeps her back to him. Last time she was standing alone as she watched her Shyamji being dragged away, but this time she has Khushi by her side, who keeps an arm around her, supporting her as Shyam is led away.

Once back in her room, a series of loving moments spent with Shyam flash through her mind, and AnSR sticks to her decision - just like she cast the physical Shyam out of her life, she proceeds to throw away all his belongings.

The family watches on as she piles his possessions in a bag, and sets fire to it. The matchstick that she strikes burns away, and sets Shyam's things aflame. This reminded me of Ravana being set on fire. Fire is also known to be a medium of purification, so for me it stood for the end of evil, evil being burned away... purity shall return in Anjali's life, but a part of me wonders if Shyam will be redeemed some day, purified of his evil mind? ill have to wait and see about that!

THIS AND THAT

Aakash placing a strong, steady, warning hand on Shyam's shoulder when Shyam tries to get away from the videos showing his evil acts. Loved the glare in Aakash's eyes, the fury, the anger at Shyam for destroying Anjali's life. 👏

NK as Shyam: A wonderful performance by NK, who etched out Shyam perfectly. Also, for being the helper, confidante, and true friend to Arnav and Khushi throughout the plan against Shyam - NK is truly one in a lifetime friend! 😳

Arnav beside Anjali: Loved how his eyes were constantly on Anjali. The unshed tears of pain at what was coming for her was heart-breaking to watch. He has grown as a brother too, with the help of Khushi, Arnav has learnt that it is better for Anjali to face the truth sooner than later, that Anjali had every right to know the real face of her husband, that it wouldn't do Anjali any good to keep her dream-world intact.

Khushi: For being Khushi - I love her! Right beside Arnav all the steps of the way, Khushi has shown Arnav that it is necessary, and essential that Anjali is brought out of her dream world before she gets hurt, or before danger attacks her again. She has always done what is the best for others, though her way of doing it may be unheard of, and may cause trouble, but her intentions are never wrong. Though Khushi loves and respects Anjali a lot, I can't help feel that she does it all for Arnav really. She knows how important Anjali is to Arnav, and if Anjali is under any threat, she knows Arnav will never be thoroughly at peace. The move to save Anjali was as much for Arnav as it was for Anjali. Khushi saved two souls, and not just one. Her plan has worked this time and I'm really happy for her. ⭐️

The swinging cradle/crib and toy train: These two were the most effective of the lot, along with the cries of the baby of course. I loved the play of lights on the cradle as it swung back and forth, and the toy train running in circles around the track - made the whole scene resemble the state of Shyam's head and mind. It gave a haunting, spooky effect on the whole scene ' enough to crash through Shyam's barriers and unbreak his stolid persona to unleash the torrent of truth welled up inside of him. 👍🏼

One more Chaanta for Shyam: I'm trying to recall if Buaji ever slapped Shyam, anyway, Khushi slapped him when she found out that he was Anjali's husband, Arnav slapped him (twice) when he came to know that Shyam had cheated both his sister and his wife, and now Anjali slapped Shyam when she saw his true face. I was rooting for another round of slaps, or Anjali pushing him down the stairs... but that didn't happen, so I'm hoping that Shyam will be back so that Arnav can do the needful.

AnSR SKD: I would love to see a strong, determined Anjali. One who will face the realities of life without losing the innocence of dreams in life. She has already made a courageous start by deciding to keep Shyam out of her life, and by burning his belongings. Character development would be great at this point of time! 🤓

Aakash's triumphant smile when Anjali slaps Shyam: Oh Aakash made me roll around in laughter. That grin on his face when Shyam is slapped was too funny! Loved it! 🤣

Family Reactions: Loved the reactions of Naaniji, Maamiji, NK, Aakash and Payal while the drama between Arnav, Khushi, Shyam and Anjali were playing. Utter disgust and hatred for Shyam as he boasted around, torture at seeing Anjali collapse to the ground and then agreeing smiles when she slapped Shyam, admiring, understanding, and grateful smile at Khushi while she explained to Anjali the reason for bringing the truth out in such a way. 👏

Arnav running up the steps: Though I knew it was to instantly remove the piece of vermin from his sister's side, and that he feared like last time that Anjali would faint, I still did not like the way he ran up the stairs. It is not in ASR's character to run like that. Long, powerful, quick and attitude filled strides would have looked better, I feel. 😕

Arnav silent for Khushi: I do understand that Arnav did not say anything, when Shyam again said that Khushi wanted to be close to him and so got him into the house, because that was a stupid lie, and Arnav knew that Shyam would get caught in it - which he did. Anjali knew it was a lie. I wish he could have stopped Khushi from running to defend herself just so that Anjali could have hit back at Shyam saying that he was telling a lie. Even so, since Khushi had to get up there somehow I guess this was one way. 😒

Family members ke bolti bandh: It would have been slightly more realistic if the family members had a few lines to say to Shyam instead of standing there dumbly. The small touches CV's, the details and the small touches go a long way!

Will he, won't he?: Will our dear evil-man return? I certainly hope so. Shashiji is yet to recover and to tell people that it was Shyam who put him in the wheelchair. Shyam's exit can hardly be this way... it has to be more impactful, more final!

CREDITS

Daljeet Bhanot: My eyes were almost constantly on you half the time! Liked the slight transformation from Anjali Manohar Jha to Anjali Singh Raizada. The yelling was at par with ASR's/Barun's epic "ENOUGH!" and "GET OUT!" Good performance! 👏

Abhaas Mehta: Please return! I shall miss you all over again! I wish you had more evil stuff to do because I loved your performance as you let your true self out in the episodes (Shyam's true self I mean). Loved seeing you horrified, afraid, then victorious, gloating, boastful, and staggered!! 👍🏼

Barun Sobti, Sanaya Irani: I love you both! Each of you give it your best, and it's always worth watching you guys in any scene!😳

Akshay Dogra: Haahaa... that grin was too much! Such a delightful grin when Shyam was slapped! Hoping to see a track for you and Deepali!

Jayashree T, Utkarsha Naik, Karan Goddwani and Deepali Pansare: Priceless expressions! Wished you'll had few dialogues too, it would have made a greater impact. Nevertheless, good performances!! ⭐️

NOTE TO CV'S

Well, TRP's are slowly climbing for you. Just stick to the basics, to the simple details and all should be good. Please do consider involving the supporting cast a bit more - you have a great asset of supporting cast members, all very talented and good.

READERS

Well, now that dear Shyamu is out I guess most of you will be happy seeing the two love birds back in action 😉 I hope there will be lot of nok-jhok's, bickerings, arguments, and competitions between these two... rabba ve's should be minimum. 😃

Thanks for the daily (whenever I write) appreciation. Thanks also for reading through some of my long posts (whenever I write one) - I appreciate the time you put into reading the posts! 🤗

episode images and more

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/iss-pyaar-ko-kya-naam-doon/3235160/eps-361-pics-hello-hi-bye-bye-2nd-time-pee-in

The moment of the day was

This was when she accepted the fact her marriage was a farce and a lie

This was when Khushi had come to tell Anjali the truth of Shyam but her mangalsutra broke Khushi caught it and Anjali fretted over it which made Khushi hold back information that had consequences for Khusihi Anjali and Arnav

Today she herself broke that flase bond the betrayal of her love and trust she proved to be Arnav Singh Raizadas Sister

This came around in a circle today

Slapgate

Twice Arnav Singh Raizada has thrown out Shyam last time he trusts khushi without evidence today he again trusted her plan to oust him form the house

Shyam today confessed to kidnapping him

the CVs have left the option open of Khushi being the victim of Shyams plans along with her dad which may indicate his come back as well plus dadi is also out of the loop so would it be next time dadi and shyam together try and break Arnav and Khushi and this time Khushis dad stands up as evidence against his doing remains to be seen.

Res!
Thanks for opening the thread Ritz!!
happy slapsgiving to you too!!

This analysis is a continuation of my 9th October 2012 analysis. The parts until My Qualms are thoughts on 10th October 2012 episode's analysis. I included 9th October's analysis too as it was necessary to highlight Shyam's character today too.

JUDGEMENT DAY!!! (Part 2)

Definitely! Indeed! Needless to Say!

The very-much awaited JUDGEMENT DAY for a certain Shyam Manohar Jha, which up until yesterday was considered an unfulfilled and foolish thought by audiences, was finally announced today with proofs and evidences that will ensure he will be punished for the unpardonable sin of killing an innocent unborn baby of his.

In today's episode, rather than the evidences of the video, we were showed that what brought about the downfall of Shyam Manohar Jha was his very own tongue that boasted about his pride, ego and self-love. This guy proves time and time again that he only loves himself, and considers his brain and intellectual ability beyond anyone else.

The character growth of this individual has been mesmerizing since the start of this story. He was introduced as a saint, the hero who comes to save the damsel in distress from thugs who were trying to violate her innocence. He fought off the thugs, restored the honour of the girl by returning back her dupatta and needless to say, became the hero who saved the day. When he laid eyes on that very girl, he immediately started liking her. Shayad Love at First Sight!

We again see him in Delhi, when the girl stays there with her aunty. We begin to see him as a nice and decent guy who has started to love her and only wants to see her happiness and does not want anything else. He gets for her a job, that shows he cares for her. He stays at her aunt's place as a paying guest and embraces her family as his very own. He could not tolerate it when she is hurt, angry or upset, especially when she starts making jalebis.

Everything seemed picture perfect. A decent guy, an innocent girl, a love story in the making, a fairy tale…. Shayad!

Little did we know, the person who manifested being a humble, caring and loveable person was actually a monster, a beast in disguise.

This very man was already married to a beautiful angel. He was already part of a family that worshipped the land he walked in; there were no counter arguments for the words uttered by him in that household. He was placed next to God by the family and revered as God too by his wife.

One mistake committed by him (lusting for another woman), and he fell down the pedestal, like the very angel that fell from grace in the eyes of God!

His true nature was revealed during Teej to the audience but not to the girl, who cared for him as a friend. She did not reiterate the love of this guy as she was already falling for another guy who hurt her beyond anything else in the world.

He maliciously tried to kill the girl's father, who found out the truth about him being married. He forced her engagement to him by stating her ill father's health.

He maniacally beat up a person on the roads when his very wife wanted the girl to tie Rakhi for him and to acknowledge him as her brother.

Through these scenes, we saw the inner beast that lied dormant within him all these years, come alive within just a few moments interval of each other!

A person who will resort to any ill ways be it betrayal of the highest accord to his wife for the lust of another woman, deceit of the family that cares for him, crimes that can be punished by the law, for example kidnapping his brother-in-law, switching wills under his name, and the most potent of all…his numerous murder plans that have failed all this while. However, not all of a villan's plans fail and the moment that you desperately pray should never happen, happened for all gathered to witness.

The murder of an innocent life, that was still yet to see sunlight!

Needless to say, the inner beast that lied dormant yet again surfaced in today's judgment trial when he willingly confessed to all his crimes that he committed and classified himself as a very very bad man. The confessions of his every crime elicited an inner joy of accomplishment from him. The inner beast that lied sleeping within him surfaced and the heartbreak of his innocent wife was evident.

Shyam, the moment you confessed the truth, your faade was unveiled to the whole world, there is no point in taking back your words claiming you were forced to say it. Nobody placed Veritaserum in your food or drink to confess the truth.

The Devil Rises and Will Fall

Highlighted by the lights that turned on, signifying Shyam's cover was lost on the 9th Otober's episode.

"To sin is a human business, to justify sins is a devilish business" Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy.

This is what exactly Shyam Manohar Jha did.

He justified his sin of killing his own child by his own hands for his own selfish gains.

During my Friday's analysis, I wrote Shyam only loves and trusts himself. This was exactly what happened yesterday, he proved he only loved himself and he came back into Shantivan to facilitatae his luxurious lifestyle. He never thought even a second for the pain caused to his wife or the death of his unborn child. He only thought and thinks about himself.

During the previous Shyam revelation track, his punishment was not meted out in full as the only person who will be justified to do the full honour of it can only be his wife Anjali.

As the person who worshipped him as God previously, to the true nature of this beast standing before her, only she has the full rights to state the sentence for all the injustice, pain and betrayal brought upon her by him.

Today 10th October, we witnessed the devil's befall.

During the initial episodes, when the very same Mangalsutra broke, we audiences witnessed how it broke Anjali's heart and she was panic-stricken for the safety of her husband as she thought of it as an "abhsagun". Today the very same Mangalsutra was broken by Anjali herself after hearing the confessions of her husband's every crime done to her and her brother and the satisfaction he derived from every bit of the cruel actions. The maniac laughter when he confesses killing his child with his own hands, the madness, psychotic behaviour of his when he claimed he could have killed her brother long time back, who is none other than another child for her. Anjali at this point of time was numbed from within, her tears stopped running, she had no clue what to feel anymore and she could only see what was happening…reality slowly seeping into her. When she finally accepted what was happening, her hands slowly moved up her neck to her Mangalsutra and she broke it with just one pull! Wow how strong is Anjali Singh Raizada!

Mangalsutra, a sacred thread that binds a man and a woman in marital bonds for eternity was broken and the beads scattered everywhere signifying the bond between the man and the woman broken forever. What is significant here is that…

1) When the beads are broken, even if they are rejoined together, the initial glory will cease to exist. As such, even if Shyam repents and changes, will Anjali accept him back?

2) The very same girl who caught Anjali's mangalsutra when it broke during the very first time is the one who was behind the whole drama to unveil the true nature of her husband to her as she believed it was priority for Anjali to know the truth. I love Khushi's sorry at this point of time as she knows how happy Anjali was, and what she is going through now after hearing the truth. However Khushi was right, Anjali would have never believed Shyam until she hears it from his very own mouth.

At that point of time, the woman who fell was Anjali Jha but the woman who stood up again as a fortress hereafter was Anjali Singh Raizada! I particularly loved the camera angle that showed Anjali sidestepping the broken Mangalsutra! This Anjali Singh Raizada who rose was strong and capable of handling her own problems and to face reality. She does not need anyone to take care of her or to hold her, she can hold herself, her life and her world on her own (signified brilliantly by her rejecting both Arnav's and Akash's help).

There is a saying in Tamil,

When a woman is patient,

She signifies Mother Earth

When the very same woman is angry,

She can change herself into Devi Maiyya and burn the whole world with her angst.

Today Shyam saw the angst of Anjali which he never ever thought or even contemplated resided in her. He was shown the Anjali Singh Raizada's actual roop. Shocked he was, beyond words.

He only thought of Anjali as his wife who will blindly accept all his words as Mantras and to follow everything he says. But he clearly forgot that Anjali was not only his wife but was a 'soon-to-be' mother. The pain she suffered when she lost the child she ever dreamt of is more than anything she can bear. Shyam clearly downplayed her emotions when he spoke of their daughter, but that painful emotions were the one that sparked Anjali to avenge her daughter's soul.

An earth-shaking slap to the person who killed her child.

A moment where all the bonds between her and Shyam were broken forever.

A moment when she faced reality, Anjali made coherent decision of throwing evil out from both hers and her family's life.

Who else will do the honours?

The brother who made her face reality by standing beside her like a rock. The person who lost confidence in his sister when she walked away from him. The person who was silently trying to communicate with his sister not to believe one word of what the treacherous person was telling her. The person who was shocked to see his sister slap the person. The very person whose face was filled with pride looking at his sister claiming she hated her husband.

The Great Arnav Singh Raizada.

Having heard the final judgment from his sister, he swiftly moved forward to take action by evicting the evil forever from their lives.

As I have said before, both Arnav and Anjali are each other's strength and weakness. One ceases to exist without the constant support of the other.

The hug that was followed hereafter between Anjali and Arnav shows the bond that they cherish and the strength they evoke within one another everytime a tragedy strikes them. The smiles of the family seeing the siblings show how a family always stands by each other during the various trials. Arnav's words are right bad times are indeed over.

Therapeutic Method!

One of my friends after a bitter heartbreak acted just like how Anjali did. She could not take the guy's presence before her in terms of photos, gifts and the worst part memories. She broke all the gifts he gave her, burned all the photos that she has taken with him and the lone pictures of him. And, after all these actions, she emerged as a new person who wanted to move on in life and forget about the guy and just concentrate on her life and her present and future.

As such, I totally understand what compelled Anjali to burn all the memories of Shyam. It helps her to move from the buri nazar that stagnated her life for the past 4 years. Thank you Arnav for stopping Nani and understanding that Anjali has to do this.

Fire!

One of the 5 elements.

One that has a cleansing power.

One that is considered pure.

One that eradicates all the bad things in life and allows new things to flourish.

Anjali as a phoenix, one that died and one that was born again.

The end of Shyam….For the time-being.

If Anjali's blind love can move mountains, then Anjali's known hatred can burn the whole 7 worlds.

If Shyam has any brains, he will never come face to face either with an Arnav Singh Raizada or an Anjali Singh Raizada.

However, this is a story, and without a negative character it does not progress. So he will certainly come back.

My Qualms

Arnav!! WHY?? WHY?? WHY??

Why couldn't you stop Shyam from the dishonour he brought your wife? Why did you keep quiet? I wished I had seen a furious Arnav here!!! I wish!

9th October's Episode

This episode proved how much far this character Shyam Manohar Jha has progressed or grown from being shown as a humble and caring person to a psychopath, that he actually was, and who will resort to any terms to fulfill his own selfish desires.

The episode can be seen as the culmination of all the plans laid out by Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada and Arnav Singh Raizada, accompanied by their very own partner-in-crime Nk, to reveal the deeds of the devil through its own mouth to ensure the devil does not escape or slither away from its punishment this time around.

The fourth plan (crying sounds of the baby and the sonogram) played out at the start of the episode. A murderer was haunted by the memories of his unborn child which he killed brutally and without any conscience.

What is amazing to know is that a murderer of Shyam Manohar Jha has a conscience…now! He fears the soul of his baby that came to haunt him to death. He was petrified by hearing the sounds of a baby crying, he was shocked, trembling and shivering in horror (symptoms of being in fear) to see the sonogram video that started to play on its own (thanks to NK who was hiding). And what does he do? He tries to find the source but to no avail and the fear of imagining all these incidents and the fear that he will slowly but surely is going mad, makes him run for his dear life down the stairs.

His constant action of looking back behind his shoulder, his jerky behaviour to every action tells us how scared and fearful he is of his own actions.

Plan Number 5 – The Skit Performance

The ultimate plan to unveil the devil in disguise in front of his wife, who refuses to believe her husband, is anything but a good soul.

NK's words, "It is not a drama, but a blast". It truly will be a blast that will shake and break the world of Anjali and her happiness to pieces. It will be a blast that the family, who are all smiles up till now, will witness yet again, having not even recovered from the previous ones, for their tears to be shed again.

You really showed you need to be scared Shyam Manohar Jha at NK's words, you had no idea that the blast will burn you to ashes and shake your world, and it surely did.

In my 8th October's analysis, I wrote the fight has come between a brother VS a husband. The scene where Anjali sits between Shyam and Arnav, says it all.

The anguish of a brother to see his sister happy without knowing that the next thing she is going to witness will shake the whole ground that she was now standing on. And all the brother can do will be to lend her his support and give her his strength to face the inevitable head on, thus sitting next to her.

The lights dimmed and the drama started with the perfect reenactment of Anjali Singh Raizada and Shyam Manohar Jha's love story. The small moments of their cherished love life….their chanced collision at the temple step where they fell in love…. a wish of the woman fulfilled by God yearning for a special someone… a

slow walk down memory lane where the exchanges of two hearts in love took place with a red rose… a love that united the two hearts as one life through marriage… a moment where he proclaims his undying love for his jeevan saathi standing next to him …

"If only the love story was as perfect as what was seen in the drama" the tears, sadness and expressions of the broken soul of her brother spoke!

[On a side note, I would like to express the amazing camera angles that showed the happiness of Anjali foreshadowed by the sadness of Arnav during this whole scene…it totally reflected the inevitable tragedy that was going to strike any moment. Cheers to the camera man and director sir…simply amazing!!!]

Moving on, the only missing joy in Anjali's life, a chotti si rakjumari…the symbolization of hers and her husband's joy and happiness in their marital bliss…

But fate had other plans to not only not give her this bundle of joy but to shatter all the other joys that she closely guarded in her life. And the worst stroke, the murderer of all her dreams was sitting beside her.

The day of Godhbaraayi

"A moment where happiness was alive…a moment later every happiness was stifled" Khushi's poem

A day that every woman waits eagerly for before holding her baby in her hands. A day where blessings for the protection of the baby from any harm are conveyed by the guests.

A day for all the mother's wishes to be fulfilled. A day of celebrations.

A day the mother feels all the happiness descended into her life through her husband.

A day that led to the misery of a mother only because of her husband.

A stranger who entered the house with evil intentions because of the very mother.

A wife who cared more about her husband than her child.

A wife who paved the way for her child to be brutally murdered.

A wife who while trying to save her husband neglected her unborn child.

And what are we left with?

The murder of an innocent, unborn baby.

A mother's dream that will always only remain as a dream forever.

A wife who will be punished for her actions for neglecting her child.

Moral of the day

What you sow is what you reap…alas! No one has said the time period for it

For the actions sown by Shyam Manohar Jha on Godhbaraayi day, he is reaping the results on his Marriage Anniversary day.

Moving Back in History

We witnessed battle lines being drawn when Dadi entered the Raizada mansion. Her quest: To bring the son-in-law of the house back home

The Godhbaraayi and the miscarriage led to him being back in the house, Dadi's mission accomplished.

However, justice can never be stopped before being meted out.

A crime done will be subjected to punishment whether it takes only a day or even 50 years.

Today- When judgment was going to be passed

Today was declared to be Judgement Day of Shyam Manohar Jha and all his wrongdoings will be revealed in front of the Judge, Anjali Singh Raizada.

NK's portrayal of playing the dhol made us witness to the start of the battle.

The sound of the dhol ultimately refers to the Battle Cry, where the party that is ready for battle blows the conch first

Khushi's poem:

I accepted that I was deceived

I accepted that I wept

I accepted that I walked on thorns

But what was the price of love

I got an injury and I knew (Anjali knew)

But there was still a wife residing in Anjali who did not want to know the truth…she wanted everything to be stopped right then for her to live in a comfortable bubble.

However, the strength of her existence, her brother wants her to face the whole truth and he made her face it by holding onto her.

And she witnesses how she finally fell down the stairs and lost her child.

A mother's world broke yet again witnessing the crime committed to her child

Khushi's poem said it all:

Everything was over

The little princess went away forever

And the dream of a baby's laughter at home

Ceased as it is.

The haunting of the baby's soul returned back as a curse for Shyam again.

Thoughts to ponder:

The little princess died, will a new Anjali surface??

Answer: Yes she did, amidst her trial emerged Anjali Singh Raizada

When the dolls fell

Shyam's faade was unveiled; his screaming brought Arnav Singh Raizada into action.

When Khushi uttered the line, "Everything was over"..the camera panned towards Shyam… rightly indicating his fall.

Shoved to the edge of the mountain, a person has no choice but to tell the truth losing all logic and mental preparations. All the previous 4 plans led to Shyam losing all his logical explanations and this 5th plan brought him to lose himself and panic, which he did.

Last nail in the coffin

Rightly it was Arnav's all the way.

Khushi's plans worked to get Shyam agitated and to lose his mental thoughts halfway through. However Shyam was still calm and could have slithered out of this scenario too if it was not for Arnav's statement that he tried to kill Anjali by changing the medicines when he uttered out the truth in despair that it was to kill the baby.

Check Mate

During Friday's analysis, I mentioned who will be checkmated and which king will fall. Answer: Shyam Manohar Jha

Deed done by: Arnav Singh Raizada

Abhaas Mehta: Your portrayal of Shyam is too good!! I have never hated any fictional character like how I hate you! You are really the best villan ever. I heard 'daiyyo ho song' in tamil and I got reminded of you. That's how good you are!!A par beyond excellence!!Your shocked expressions of being caught in his disguise as a dhol-waala was awesome, huge gulping, maniac laughter gave me shivers, the way you showed yourself as a psychopath enjoying the moments you killed your baby…oh my goodness!!no words to describe…you are too good! You being dumbfounded hearing Anjali speak, your craziness and everything..you are simply awesome!

Barun Sobti: Thank you for bringing Arnav to life! Arnav's anxiety towards Anjali, and the way he called her and held her strongly in his arms for her not to break down made me wish for a brother like him. Not that I want you, Barun as a brother (I will kill myself then). You only had a few dialogs today, but your expressions and eyes spoke a thousand words!! Anyway when did you exactly need words to convey your thoughts…your eyes speak for you! Your stride, your walk, you dragging Shyam..excellent!

Daljeet: It was totally your day! You ruled it! I loved the subtle changes of facial expression you portrayed. Anjali's recognition of Shyam's bracelet and the utter shock she received because of it, the numbed expression after finding out the truth. Your no more tears made my day!!! You emerging as a strong individual made my day too! Please carry on like this. Your acting today was awesome! Your anger, hatred, resolve..you portrayed it beautifully!

Sanaya: What do I tell you? Or rather where do I start?? You looked like an ethereal beauty today! Your voice-over brought me right into the fairy tale making me even believe for one moment all that you said were true. Girl you rock always!!! You standing by the family as a rock says so much about you!

Akshay: Oh My Goodness!! I especially loved you today!! Please be this angry I will love you even more!!!! Shyam's escape plan was foiled by you, Akash Singh Raizada, whose blood also runs in the lion Arnav Singh Raizada's blood. Special mention: I love your smile when Anjali slapped Shyam and when Shyam called Khushi names, your anger was solid!

Naniji: Your heartbreaking tears for your grand-daughter was very sad! And the way you stood up for your grandson's dignity. Kudos to you! I love you!!!

Mamiji: Your anger portrayal was good too!!! One of the lionesses of the house!

Payal: I can understand your shock, trust me!

NK: No words to describe you! You are a true Laxman to Arnav who is Ram! And the best friend of Khushi always, loved your anger when Khushi was bad-named yet again.

Lalit Mohan Sir: The slanted camera angle when Anjali found out she was electrocuted..was beyond excellent! Your direction is superb!! Thank God you are staying back. I can't imagine IPK now without you!

This is not the end of Shyaam Manohar Jha...Simply because it can Not be!!
There are still many loose ends left to be tied! And my SKD remains a SKD .

 • Will Babuji ever come into picture? Or it will always remain just a khwaish of fans?
 • How will SMJ strike back?
 • Will they ever show how relentless Shyaam was in pursuit of Khushi??
 • Will Mami shower khushi with love , now that she knows the true face of her damaadji?
 • When will we see Dadi knowing the truth about Shyaam? Oh how badly I want to watch that haughtiness getting evaporated in thin air...when she realizes that a mere mortal man could easily make a fool out of the Mighty Subhadra Malik!! oh,I can imagine the happiness bursting inside me while watching that!!😆

Maybe these questions can wait! Atleast till the end of my post😆..Doing a quick analysis for today! So please bear with me..

The Evil gloats and boasts! Feels proud of his deeds including his attempt on Arnav's life. I am glad that atleast that part of the story is out!
For Anjali, it is the ultimate blow!! The man she trusted with her life has not only taken the life of her unborn child but made an attempt on her Chotte's life too! The deceit is too much to bear, the fury overwhelming and in response she breaks her mangalsutra...thus breaking the chain that was binding her to this sham-of a relationship!! She is free from this bond today, free from the lie she has been living all along!!

Loved the cold fury in her eyes while breaking the manglasutra followed by her collapse!! A woman who had held this sacred bond with utmost reverence, now herself disregards it. And thus the emotional breakdown is understandable.

For Shyaam, it is when he sees the broken beads, sanity penetrates his mind! He realizes his folly and tries his best to lay the blame on Arnav and Khushi, hoping to see the old "Raani Sahiba".

The voice of Shyaam, denying the accusations again, blaming Arnav and Khushi for trapping him and deceiving him..revives her! She rises like a phoenix who has just been burned down!! A new Anjali gets up, with a new life, new resolve!!

I loved the shot of her moving away from the fallen-beads. She ignores it, walks by from the side and moves away! Just like she has moved away from Shyaam emotionally a few moments ago! And Shyaam sees that..and understands the meaning of that.

He tries his best again to make her believe him and literally pleads with her to listen to him!!She doesnt stop in her strides as his pleas fall upon deaf ears! ..Until he starts blaming Khushi. I liked the way Anjali just stops suddenly the moment Shyaam starts accusing Khushi, trying to slander her character once again! It is as if Anjali couldnt believe the gall of the man to put this on Khushi's shoulders!
Khushi runs to her and appeals to not listen to him this time. But Anjali is listening...probably for the first time, she is listening! She turns and again probably for the first time reads his eyes and sees the evil lurking behind! The pain and rage pushes her and she slaps Shyaam with all her might!!

The whole segment belonged to Anjali today! From the 1st shot till the end, my eyes were fixed on her!!The betrayal is breaking her heart and crushing her world..but more than that, it is fury and hate that engulfs her!! The man she worshiped more than Almighty, the man she trusted with everything she had, the husband she loved more than herself has murdered her child, tried to kill her brother and proved today that he has never loved her! The only thing that she ever asked was never given to her!! And every moment that she had cherished was a pretense.
And Anjali Singh Raizada is not a woman who would take this kindly! So she rightly tells him that she hates him..much more than she loved him..👏

Arnav, who is patiently waiting for this moment, gets his cue! The minute Anjali asks Shyaam to go from her life forever, he moves for the kill. Holds the man from his collar, with fire and fury in his eyes and throws him.

What I loved most in the scene was the way shot was played out. I dont have a pic of that moment, Otherwise would have def pasted one😳... Shyaam is staring at Anjali who is being held by Khushi. So Shyaam is facing both of them. And an furious Arnav arrives, holds him ,turns him and take him out of the life of the two women he loves to death!! very very nicely done!! CVs 👏..

The minute Shyaam goes away, Arnav's focus returns to di. I liked the way he runs to her as he knows she needs him at this time. Not just he, but everyone in the family knows it.. And that's why the minute he hugs her, there is a collective sigh of relief from everyone!! Liked this nuance!😊
Loved the way Anjali hugged Arnav back! A sweet moment.

Also nice to see her burning away Shyaam's stuff...thus completely trying to remove him from her life!
Arnav is the only one who appears calm at her doing this. Nani and Khushi are visibly shocked with naniji trying to stop her from doing this. But I am totally with Arnav when he says that Anjali needs to do it! Yes she does...in order to free herself from the clutches of all those memories!!

Credits:

Loved Daljeet today! In my opinion she was perfect! Just the right amount of pain, disbelief, followed by heart break and absolute fury! She didn't overdo any emotion and for that I am really thankful! Even her collapse was done with grace and I connected with her!! Brilliant job!!👏

Barun and Sanaya, both were good.. though I felt Sanaya was more on the spot today than Barun. Maybe the editing thing! The place where I felt Barun was excellent was when he drags Shyaamu away! Or maybe it is just one of those Arnav moments that I can find no fault with!!😆

Abhaas continued to enact Shyaam's madness well!

For rest of the parivaar, I wanted to see more fire! That's the only thing I felt was a let down.. More angry reactions, maybe more dialogues of other family members, their angry gibes at Shyaam for daring to do something like this...Anything of this sort would have made me happier..But I guess, the episode was dedicated entirely to Anjali and her reactions and thus this part was lost somewhere!!

Other little points to ponder:

 • Everyone is happy when Anjali slaps Shyaam. And I sigh in relief! Everything is normal in the world again...😆

 • When Shyaam blames Khushi for being after him,I would have liked to see a more furious reaction from Arnav. Actually, at that moment, Payal looks more angry to me than Arnav does!! Not sure why?😕

 • When Khushi apologizes to Anjali for bringing out the truth in this way, I could see gratitude written all over the faces of Nani and Mami! Good to see that!!

 • After police takes Shyaam away, Anjali is shown in her room while everyone else is downstairs! Why? why would the family members leave her alone at a time like this and then run at her scream!! That was so not natural!!😕

 • Not sure why Shyaam went see-sawing today! He gloats about his achievements and how "bura" is he...and then suddenly he starts acting innocent!!😕

 • When Shyaam starts her "I am innocent" naara, everyone in the family is pleading with Anjali...with their eyes!! They are asking her to believe them over her husband!! Liked the expressions of everyone here!! They all were in sync 👍🏼

CVs, one request please. Do not let this be the last chapter for Shyaam! There is still lot more to explore, more secrets to be revealed!! If needed, get him back after some time...But I want the full exposure!
This was good..but still there is more left to be dealt with! And please don't forget Babuji...He is the key element for Shyaam's complete story!! Bring him in...

Love, Sumi

The Epic Moment👏

Gif:credit to the uploader.

Anjali's pain
shyam's evilness

L Shyam confessed he killed the unborn baby , Rajkumari for the money and the property. He out bursts that he even planned to kill Arnav long time back.

Finally when he realised that Anjali is hearing his confession , he accuses Kushi and Arnav that they both planned all this to trap him and kick him out of the house.
Anjali , Who always worshiped her husband blindly , today has ripped her mangalsutra and throwed it away . She asked Shyam to get away
from her life for ever. She hates him to the core.
She warned him that he doesn't want to listen her baby's name from his mouth.

<>Naniji and Akash seems happy and proud about Anjali slapping shyam. So are we..👏

Arnav is worried about her Di when Kushi asked him to expose Shyam Infront of Anjali, he lost her mother when she got to know about her father's betrayal, and he doesn't want the history to be repeated again.
>But Anjali finally realises what exactly Shyam is capable of . He waits for his Di 's decision about Shyam and when she asked him to get away from her life, he immediately dragged him out of the house. He ran back and hugged her and assured that " bhure waqt chale gayi".

She wants to bury his memories . she stood strong for her bachi , hope she continues to be strong.
Kushi: she planned and executed everything , she was successful in making Anjali realise what Shyam is , she stood like a pillar to support Anjali all the way. She came running to Anjali when Shyam again accusing Kushi😡😡, not to clear her name but to ask Anjali not to believe him once again.

Shyam yet again accuses Kushi 😡 ,calling her characterless and Arnav is standing like nothing happening there ? No change in facial expressions ? For Gods sake she is your wife . ( really Cv's ? They could have Atleast showed him walkIng towards Shyam and someone should have stopped him)as it should be Anjali's decision there.

Shyam gave shocks in today's epi, he himself confessed he killed the baby for property, and he is begging Anjali to believe him. How shameless can he get?😡 But she herself said that why don't you want me to believe them, to make a fool again as always. A mother in her could not forgive his mistakes.
Loved Akash and naniji's expressions after the slap.

Mamiji , Nk and Payal were brilliant too.
NK calling the cops .👍🏼

Loved everyone's expressions when Kushi is asking Anjali not to believe Shyam , they were all like pleading Anajli not to take a wrong decision and believe Shyam again.

DB and Abhas were brilliant today. Abhas will miss u in the show atleast for a few episodes.I know he will come back sometime soon, as Babuji too has to slap Shyam.😆

Anjali keeps kerosene in her room ? and burnt the clothes on the carpet?😛

Thanks for reading and linking the post.🤗

All women become like their mothers. That is their tragedy. No man does. That's his. ~Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest, 1895

How similar they are. How similar. They are siblings, after all. Both isolate themselves when their world is struck. Both love fiercely. But both hate just as fiercely as well. They shower love on the ones they pledge their hearts to... They destroy the ones who do the opposite.

The picture immediately above, oh my God! They look so similar! They determination, the rage, the anger, the pain, everything! Everything down to the way they held themselves together to their body language! Barun and Daljeet... You two may not be blood related in real life, but by God do you make us believe otherwise! If I didn't know this was a soap, I would really think you were siblings in real life!

Anyway...

Both are extremists. Both have to go to such extremes that their family members are always scared what their next moves will be. But never them. Their love and bond has brought them this far, and it will do so in the future.

Anjali. Her world crumbled today. But she didn't fall into the pit. She held on and held her head up high. Anjali Shyam Manohar Jha died, leaving Anjali Singh Raizada behind. My Anjali is back.

I felt so proud today! Finally, finally! This is the Anjali I'd dedicated an entire fanfiction to! And I am proud to have done her justice! YES!!!

She is no one's fool. She joined the dots the moment she looked at Shyam's bracelet. I'd written it yesterday, that the pleas were to stop them from making her witness the death of her daughter. And today, she fought for her princess, her bacchi.

I think I now realise why she brought back Shyam, immediately after the miscarriage. She thought Shyam loved her and their daughter the most. Hence, he was suffering the most. And being the sacrificing person she is, she sought to make his pain go away before trying to deal with hers. That is the reason why she brought Shyam back. She thought he was suffering more than her and she wanted to make it go away.

Naive child!

I wrote this before: In Islam, there is the notion that the right side of the body, the right shoulder, has an angel that rights down all our good deeds and the angel over our shoulder makes us do the right thing. And vice versa for the left shoulder. I wrote that Khushi is always, literally, on Arnav's right side, guiding him. She always holds his right shoulder. And Khushi does the same for Anjali. Shyam is on the left, and Khushi on the right. I shake my head in wonder.

Khushi won today. What she set out to do, she achieved today. Finally. So long ago, she'd come to tell Anjali the truth and caught her mangalsutra as it fell. And today, she told her the truth, convinced her off it and watched her tear that very mangalsutra *technically* off herself. Khushi gave Anjali the opportunity to avenge her daughter. And this is something Anjali would never forget. That if it wasn't for Khushi, Anjali's Rajkumari would never have been avenged.

Khushi's fury peaked for only one moment. And that was when Shyam talked about killing Arnav. That was the moment where Khushi was at her angriest! *I had to mention this*

Arnav watched with baited breath as his Di made her stand. He knew she wouldn't disappoint him. And he was right. He waited for this moment: The moment when Di wanted Shyam out of her life. Could Arnav deny his Di? Of course not! What Di wanted, Di got. And today was no different. He fulfilled his promise and threw him out of their lives.

I love this still! ASR in his glory! But I'd liked to have seen more fury when Shyam badmouthed Khushi.

Dramatic irony or just plain irony, I do not know. On this day, four years ago, Shyam tied a mangalsutra around her neck and they walked around a fire, promising to be together always. And four years later, on that very day, Anjali wrenched that mangalsutra off and vowed to stay away from Shyam in front of another fire. Like I said, irony at its best!

This day last year. I simply HAD to post this picture! You all know what this lead to! *winkwinknudgenudge*

I LOVED THE EPISODE! I AM IN HEAVEN RIGHT NOW!!! The rest of the team were fabulous. I know I haven't mentioned Shyam. This is because I am savouring the rise of Anjali to the fullest. Y'all know how badly I wanted this and how much I love Anjali! So I am happy. Period!

Mention:
Mami. I liked how she looked appreciative and proud of Khushi when she apologized and stated her reasons.
Nani. I loved the proud Mama-bear look you had.
Payash. You guys rocked!
NK. I will smooch you if I EVER see you!
Abhaas. Dude, I love to hate you!

I need to go now. School, sleep and whatnot!
Love

Today's episode was meant to be Anjali's swan song and her day to bask in the "acting" glory. It was also the day where the CVS attempted to redeem her character from all the hamming she has been subjecting us to.
Whats the verdict?
I did like Anjali in the episode today and yes, the CVs did redeem her for me. She has emerged as a stronger person and I liked her controlled reaction to the situation - very much like ASR - a female ASR - Anjali Singh Raizada. We always knew Di had strong reserves of power and today was one such day.
I also liked that the serial has stuck to its potrayal of strong women as opposed to doormats or princesses waiting for their knights to rescue them.

What was not upto the mark today was the execution. While yesterday was just brilliant, today was an editing nightmare! OMG - what was up with re-cycling ASR's expressions - why was he so blah today? Normally Barun emotes very well...but today he was very stoic and for that I will blame the direction and the editing...randomness I have to say. They need to start being consistent...it cant be that hard to get a bank of episodes going...come on now.

Now that Shyam has been done with temporarily (Yes I do believe he will be back for Khushi and Babuji this time) can we have some more Rabba Ve's ? I cant get tired of saying this...but please dont make Khushi look like a freaking rainbow...she looked drop dead gorgeous today...can we have more sarees for her...how about some Lucknowi kurtas??????? * head desk *
