Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: AbhiMaan's wedding happiness is short-lived as both end up in the hospital

Tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode begins with the Poddars helping Abhira and Arman get ready for their wedding. Myra lovingly applies kajal to Arman, making the moment emotional for everyone. Abhira becomes emotional when she notices the sand timer. Meanwhile, Arman suddenly asks who is getting married at Akshara's resort, leaving the Poddars surprised. Kaveri laughs and points out that the groom himself is asking about the wedding. She reminds Arman that he is the groom and assures him that everything will be fine after his surgery. Myra reminds Arman that he could never forget Abhira. Arman smiles and says he was only joking because he could never forget such an important day.

Soon, Abhira arrives dressed as a bride and leaves Arman speechless. Myra teases that Arman will forget everything after seeing Abhira. The couple exchange varmala and share a warm hug before the wedding rituals begin. Myra and Mukti record the beautiful moments on video. Tanya performs one of the wedding rituals, while Abhira quietly remains worried about Arman's health. Madhav and Vidya also perform the traditional rituals for Abhira. As the priest asks the couple to begin the pheras, Madhav says that Myra and Mukti have stood by Arman and Abhira through every challenge and therefore deserve to perform the kanyadaan. Vidya agrees and praises both girls. Hearing this, Myra remembers how she and Mukti had once become the reason behind Arman and Abhira's separation.

Before the pheras, Mukti tells the couple to always stay together and never let circumstances separate them again. Arman and Abhira complete the wedding rounds, while Abhira quietly signals something to Tanya.

The wedding is completed when Arman applies sindoor to Abhira's forehead. Abhira then surprises him with a picture locket and lovingly puts the chain around his neck. The newlyweds hug each other. Arman asks Abhira to dance with him, but she reminds him that his surgery is approaching and he should be careful. Arman says there is still some time before the operation and wants to celebrate their happiness. Confident that he will recover soon, he encourages Abhira to enjoy the moment with him. She agrees and happily joins him.

Their happiness is short-lived as Arman suddenly collapses. The Poddars panic, while Vidya refuses to believe anything serious can happen to him. Abhira rushes to Arman, who tells her he is in severe pain. Realising that his condition has become critical, Abhira immediately decides to take him to the hospital. She regrets thinking they would get some time together after the wedding, as Arman's health deteriorates unexpectedly.

On the way, Aryan struggles to start the car, but Abhira quickly helps him. The family finally reaches the hospital, where Dr. Pradhan insists that Arman's surgery must begin immediately. Abhira reassures Arman that she will stay by his side throughout. Dr. Pradhan urgently asks Madhav to arrange an oxygen cylinder. Madhav, along with Myra and Mukti, rushes to arrange one. As Arman prepares for surgery, he and Abhira express their love for each other, making the moment emotional.

In the precap, the nurse reveals that the hospital has no backup oxygen cylinder. Abhira decides to arrange one herself. Madhav, Myra, and Mukti also manage to bring a cylinder, but before it can be used, Abhira suddenly collapses unconscious, leaving the Poddars deeply worried about both her and Arman.
