If at all, it's Drew Barrymore who looks like PZ.

Katy Perry looks more or less like an illegal crossover between Preity Zinta and Kangana Ranaut. Coincidentally, they're both Himanchali beauties.

i think they will resemble to each other only when they go bald .. with having different hairdo , they can't be look similar at all...

I agree with Xaffron.. PZ looks a little bit like Drew Barrymore...the face-cute, the mouth part etc. Drew is more feminine and has babyish touch though
