Its a court wedding for Saifeena
On Sep 12 Saif filed an application for marriage at the Bandra marriage registrars office.He can get married to Kareena in the next 30 days

For months,they played the media and their fans - keeping all of us guessing about their wedding plans.And much as Saif and Kareena would like the world to believe that a wedding is just a formality and that they are as good as being married the truth is,Saif is playing it safe after all.He has decided to take the legal recourse to solemnize their nuptials and put an end to all speculations about his relationship with his companion of five years.
On September 12,Saif visited the Bandra marriage registrars office.According to sources there,the actor submitted all the necessary details and filed an application for marriage.The law says the couple may get married on any date post completion of 30 days from Sep 12,which means any day between Oct 11 and Oct 17,as Sharmila Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudis has invited friends and well wishers for the Dawat - e- Walima on October 18,which according to tradition is the day-after dinner hosted in honour of a wedded couple.
There have been reports that Saif and Kareena are planning to call the registrar over to the actors Bandra home on October 16 at 5 pm to complete the formalities.However,sources at the Bandra court have told Mirror that they have not received any request from Saif for a home visit as yet.
It may be noted here that Saif is in London,where he has been attending fashion events and waiting for Kareena to join him,to usher in her birthday on September 21.Kareena in fact flew out last night.
