^ yhh Pune does have that.. if you went to the gaav area, like Lakshmi road, Appa Balwant Chowk, it barely resembles the fancy bits of Pune that have formed in the outskirts.
I live right off Karve Road, and I LOVE that road <3 Love the homely hustle-bustle
shit I really miss Pune kabhi kabhi =(
I don't think Maharashtrian cuisine is the best kind to sample in restaurants =( You could always have misal, paav bhaji, vada paav etc but the heartier food is best from a ghar ka kitchen
