Glad to be back here after sometime And what! so much has happened. Me for one is very happy with the recent developments.It indicates how much the channel cares for our show. I believe Mallika's redemption track has led to this change. True the writer was responsible for the fine nuances and classy touch. But his bias towards one particular character and inability to think beyond mallika, prejudice about current generation,fondness for negativity has cost the show.Even the lead pair was not given much importance esp. nidhi's character.Too many loose ends. Many things were left unsaid .The bitter truth is not much attention was paid for continuity or characters and it appeared as though it was written on episode basis.We due to our love for the show and Dr, ashu started interpreting the unsaid things for our satisfaction.It is possible for online viewers .Imagine those who watch it on TV that too on 11 m slot. Do they have the patience to delve into characters or psychoanalyze them? .It is not an art film where you know what you will get. When questioned about illogical behavior of Ashu all we got was some absurd comparisons with mythology. Some niche viewers might love to interpret the darkness in the characters. What about the majority? I even suspect the show had anything to do with human mind/ psych or humanity. All I could see was obsession for Mallu.
With the new writers on board I wish many of these things will change. Being the writers of a successful show I hope they sense what was lacking in our show. TRP is not the only thing that counts but at the end of the day it is the only thing what matters at least for the continuation of the show. What is the use of brilliant scenes and acting when it does not gain deserving viewership. I dont fear illogical tracks with the new writers,What more could be illogical than mallu's previous track and asutosh continuing his friendship despite that. emotional surrogacy and all that stuff.So I am positive the show will not go in Ekta's way as the channel knows to whom this show caters.There may be many developments typical to a daily soap . But I am for anything which helps for the survival of show.If not for us Sharad and Kritika deserves it for their dedicated and brilliant performance.
I missed the show for the past two weeks due to my busy work.Just finished reading updates and watched glimpses of some episodes.Thank you Tanu and Purple fairy for the updates. Could not make anything with the story and felt it was too fast. I understand the old tracks are being closed and kidnapping is brought either to makeup for Sharad's absence or to end the separation track. Sharad' performance was awesome and intern Ahana was simply cute.Nidhi supporting amar did not make sense for me. But let us wait and watch new CV's in the upcoming episodes. I may be irregular in the forum as I don't get enough time to watch episodes everyday.But will try to keep in touch with the show and the forum. All the best for our Ktlk and the new creatives. I sincerely wish the channel's effort to revamp the show becomes successful. May Ktlk continue to weave its magic for a larger clientele. It is not going to be a problem to retain the loyal viewers as we will stick to it till the end come what may. Thank you for reading this boring post.
