Yes Finally its Time for our
FINAL FINAL FIR BANNER CONTEST
The main reason behind this is that we had a tie in our votes. So we'll need to hold this process again to make sure we have a clear cut winner.
But before you start making your banners,here are some Rules and Regulations Regarding the Contest
Please vote for only 1 banner Do not vote for your own banner. Your vote will be disqualified if you do this.
Do not advertise your banner in any way.Do not create MIDs to vote. Your MIDs will be banned and your WL raised. All voting must be posted in this thread only. No PMs will be accepted.
