I only said it based on the numerous things i have read about women being beaten in prison in saudia just because they were found driving once and how they can even be arrested if they leave with out a burkha. This princess dressing like this could be at a private event even, generally i have been to saudia and noticed myself how all the women are required to wear a burkha and they cannot even drive, Again exceptions can occur, i was speaking from what i know being a normal person.
