^I'll agree with that, however, it might also be a genuine blunder. We all make mistakes. It's only human to err.

Bottomline is, If it's truly a malfunction, then we don't have to make a topic out of it and dissect it to death. If it's something done intentionally to gain attention, we should still not make a topic out of it and give them exactly what they were seeking - attention.
