haha.. some of this stuff is like reading the book of saints while walking on hallowed ground. 😉 arre yaar, aur bahut gham hain duniya main than to flay someone for not paying royalties to the royal prince. big fat check he'll write those band wallas.

btw, how many folks bother to check the authenticity of DVDs they rent out? naheen karte hain? arre, kyoon naheen? inconvenient when it comes to oneself? but convenient to shoot off without giving someone the due process?

as far as i am concerned, keep up the good work Pritam etal. song toh sunne ko mila hee, saath mein foreign exchange bhee tumne save kiya 😉 👏 👍🏼

haha... someone talks about IP laws in india being weak. true. that's how we could get to lose neem to WR Grace Company in the american courts. if we had been smarter, we'd have filed patents for the medicinal properties of neem a long time ago. after all, neem is as indian as can be. serves us right for not being litigiously inclined and for not thinking like lawyers.😉

naheen. 😛 he can claim payback for all those ideas "expropriated" from indian thought, specifically the vedas. there's a culture here with academicians "borrowing" ideas but being "too afraid" to give proper attribution. it's ok to repackage certain ideas in western lingo, but it's a career-ender to admit being inspired from indian sources.

btw, talking about the vedas, there are probably no more than 10 indians in india who can translate the works, but there's something like 50 westerners who can. we might be patented out of our own backyard😛
