What he will gain by changing Anji med...if she fell sick ..chances r that he'll be back in RM...

but i think he has changed Arnav med to harm him :)

just saw 3rd part..it's Anji med :)

R u Sure that Shyam changed Anji's medication.

I too initially thought its anjali's...but my mother said it may be Arnav's and I too thought for a moment OMG...

What if it was Arnav's medication😲

He'd be sucha douche if he does that... putting his own child into the stage of death... -_-

It'll lead to something Huge! :O It took him about 300 epiz to find out the truth...I doubt that he'll see him that soon 🤢
