Today's Maha Episode was quite good -- I enjoyed it a lot! And unlike many times where I would only find the last half entertaining, today's ME was entertaining throughout.
First things first, Viraj-Unniyal. 😆
Can I just say that I giggled/laughed uncontrollably at many of their scenes? For example, when Unniyal accidentally kicks mud at Viraj's shoes and Viraj shouts, "Shit!". Unniyal, being the little innocent guy he is goes, "Sir, shit nahin, mitti!" 😆😆 Poor Unniyal, I think he got slapped for that dense comment, like always.
And then somewhere during the scene Viraj goes, "It's not good? *slaps* Is this good?" 😆😆
Again, I felt bad for Unniyal, but that doesn't mean I didn't laugh at it.
Speaking of Viraj, he spoke a lot of English today! Did the CVs realize that we love it when KVB speaks in English? Especially loved the scene where he was looking at himself in the mirror, trying to get himself together, and figuring out ways to greet Jhanvi's parents -- lots of English in that scene. I loved it.
The scene between Jhanvi and her family was emotional. I'm still quite baffled at out they believed her so quickly. In the beginning of this show, Dadi was practically screaming at Jhanvi's parents that Viraj is not a good guy, they paid no heed then. I guess they were waiting to hear it from Jhanvi. Loved the background score used when Jhanvi was hugging her mom and dad.
Where was Sia, BTW? The production house couldn't contact the actress or what?
Loved how Viraj reminded Unniyal that he was a policeman when Unniyal said they should write a missing report to the police on Jhanvi's family. 🤣🤣 Hahahaha! I love these two.
Poor Unniyal though. I think he got slapped four times in a row by Viraj with those additional slaps thoughout the first half of the ME. Awww, poor guy. But my mom and I were laughing non-stop at their scenes! 😆
I loved it when Viraj angrily shoved the plant away. What a wonderful little detail.
It was definitely idiotic that after all the crap and drag the CVs put us through last week by changing Viraj's character and making him look like a fool, only so that Raghav and Jhanvi can gather evidence against him -- that came to a waste today. Absolutely pathetic. Why, why drag the show like that? I already commented how Jhanvi should have told the truth despite not having the evidence. She still has a voice and she should use it, seriously.
I am indeed very happy Raghav went to jail. Perhaps this was the only way the CVs thought to sideline Raghav for a little while so the battle can only be between Viraj and Jhanvi. Therefore, I am not complaining.
And the slap -- Viraj really deserved that. It was quite a powerful slap that moved his entire body, not just his face. I think defeat is what really needs to happen to Viraj at this point. The way he's getting defeated is beyond stupid, but there is no doubt that a defeat is needed. Only then can I see the CVs going ahead with his OCPD and treatment. When Viraj will feel like he's lost complete control, and his jaan doesn't want anything to do with him, perhaps then we might see a side to Viraj we've never seen that will bring out his OCPD to the max. If he doesn't get defeated, I don't see how the CVs can show his treatment/OCPD.
And as you can see, I didn't comment much on the boring aspects of the ME. That should be obvious by now.
And yes, I still couldn't stop laughing at Raghav's "fist" scene. 😆😆
