My prediction goes in this way... Megha breaks down in the office, cries a lot; Prerna and Dimpy console her, tries to make her understand. Then she will obviously leave for home. On the way, she will think of everything happened and try to connect the dots. Then after she comes back, Nanhi reveals about the kidnapping and there she gets worked up, decides to meet Mohan and bang on! Manaaoing track starts!

Here you'll ask that Mohan will leave by the time Megha will be alright, toh I'd say that he won't be able to leave immediately after he decides cause it's not easy to pack EVERY single thing in the home in like few minutes or hours. So by the time Mohan's packing ends and he starts to leave, Megha might stop him!
