Short Update: The doctor commits suicide and BBP is forced to realize that Arti means business and winning the election didn't turn out to be the awesome solution he imagined it would be. Rangoli and Giridhar try to convince him that they're his new best friends but BBP isnt quite that stupid yet. He goes to the candle vigil with candle in hand and announces he's calling in the CBI. He also threatens Arti for making false allegations and even tries to coerce Harivansh into pressurizing Arti to back off but the Tiwaris want the CBI.
I missed the first minute of the epi so I don't know how it opened. However, I missed writing a scene from yesterday - Sangram Singh is watching Arti on tv and says he's lit the fire but it remains to be seen if Arti will set fire to the city or burn herself to ashes.

The doctor still can't bear to pick up his phone so he sits on his bed and shoots himself with something in a syringe. He dies the same way he lived - with lots of bad acting.
BBP, Rangoli and Giridhar are still watching the Arti drama unfold and Rangoli and Giridhar are speculating about what's going on and why and how. Rangoli says BBP came into office with a historic majority in the elections but if he loses his CM post two days after taking the oath, then that also will be historic. Giridhar says he's sure the opposition has joined forces with Arti and that's how she got the proof she's presented to the media. Rangoli says the crowd must be arranged by the opposition.
BBP gets furious and asks them why they're acting like they've joined the opposition. Rangoli and BBP have a long, intense stare off, and then she tells him that he should put his ego aside and join hands with her. Giridhar says they're the only people who're on his side. BBP brushes them aside and says he will handle it.
He calls the doctor again but he doesn't pick up. At the same time Govind Shankar calls Rangoli and passes on the news about the doctor. She passes BBP the phone and he's shocked. GS then gives BBP a lot of gyan about how the doctor's wife won't be bought off and now there are phone records of BBP calling the doctor all the while when he was killing himself, etc. BBP is shocked at GS' disrespectful attitude and GS laughs him off. GS tells his flunky that BBP is screwed.
Rangoli is angry that the doctor was so stupid and says its all because of that ordinary girl, Arti. Giridhar says if BBP can't handle that girl then he will handle her for him. BBP says no, he has his own plan and walks out. Rangoli and G. scream furiously after him, wanting to know what he has in mind but he ignores them.
BBP drives straight to his office where the candle vigil is being held and lights a candle and confronts Arti & Co. He says every guilty person says he's innocent but he really is innocent. And this will be proven by the CBI. And when it is proven, Arti will have to answer to the public about her actions and why she did what she's doing now and at whose behest. Arti looks a bit scared but defiant. As BBP leaves, Billu says now things will be fixed but Arti says they can't trust BBP an inch. Harivansh thanks the crowd and everyone leaves.
The Justice Crowd is once again gathered around Pooja and thinking about how the CBI will find out the truth when Shukla opens the door without warning and walks in, ushering in BBP. Everyone is shocked. Sumitra drops the glass she was holding with a loud crash. BBP greets everyone but no one says anything to him.
BBP says right now things are still salvageable but once the CBI gets involved, even he can't help them. Their lives are already in a mess thanks to the tragedy that happened to Pooja for which they blame him for some strange reason. And now if they insist on the CBI and Arti doesn't withdraw her allegations in public, then things are going to get a whole lot worse for them.
Harivansh straightens up and walks forward with full confidence, scaring both Sumitra and Arti. He gets into BBP's face, calls him CM-ji, points to Pooja's body and says if the price of justice for his daughter is that he go to hell, then he's ready to go to hell.
BBP looks taken aback.
