Purvi, I think I need to refresh your memory, as it has become rather clouded, what with the current turn of events. Purvi, Arjun gave you the POA, to run the company in the best way possible. He had already packed his bags and was leaving for Canada. He said that you were the only person he could think of who can do a better job than even him. Even DK came in when you were formally introduced to the staff as the new boss, so it was all bonafide. You are the boss, Purvi use your power, girl.
Now, what I'm trying to bring to your attention is since Arjun has decided to re-join your company, he should show some responsibilities towards his work. You are the boss girl, this man is shirking all his duties, sitting in restaurants with a girl he is cheating while there's so much of work at the office.
As soon as he comes into the office tomorrow, he should be reprimanded (by you of course) and told to put all his personal business aside and take care of all the work piling up on his table. So what if an argument ensures, atleast they'll be some interaction between the 2 of you. So go get him, Purvi the boss!

I think shud give him a dose of his own medicine like when he first came to India and the many times he insulted her .She knows he is cheating both girls and he is shrugging off his office duties and going to lunch and dinners.I mean he doesnt intend to marry her so why all this charade.I don't get why Ovi can't tell her dad abt her problem.Purvi is left with all the work and she also has to deal with him.Purvi should just keep her distance as she said that she has broken all ties with him. Whatever he chooses to do should not affect her as she wants nothing to do with him.

Hey Namita..

I think though Purvi has got enough power to run a company alone (??) still she should use it sensible way. We know from the very beginning that Purvi is a strong personality who can draw the line between her personal & professional life. So, I don't think, Purvi should ever tell ( or rather instruct) Arjun what to do or what not to do. I mean, having a dinner date with his would be wife or moving out with her for party, is completely one's personal life and Arjun may have some personal commitments besides office responsibilities.

Now, due to Arjun's irresponsibility & negligence if the company looses some big clients or important contact or deal, then only Purvi can want a proper clarification from Arjun's side. I do not think that having a lunch date will effect any business relation of a person like AK.

Now, if AK wants to talk with Purvi regarding their relationship in the office, Purvi should avoid it. Previously she has done so. Hence, if Purvi thinks to use her POA as a weapon against AK, it will not be justified and morally ( and ethically also) it will not be supported from my side.

It's an opinion from my side. This is entirely my personal view.

regards,
Debu.

Ah, Debu, your standards are too high, here I was hoping for some fun tomorrow😆 But I do agree with you and I don't think Purvi will use the POA in any unethical way however much we may want her to, sigh! 😉
I do hope though that Purvi tells Arjun off if he brings up the reason why he yet again couldn't tell Ovi. I hope she tells him that he will always have a reason to NOT tell Ovi and that she is fed up and wants nothing to do with him. That ought to light a fire under his seat.

Hey Jahnvi..now you are pooling my leg by saying abt my high standard😉😆

Ye Arjun to " Chhoda Hath se Nikal gaya Lagta hai" ( totally gone case😆)

Now, POA or Purvi's rona dhona , nothing will work on him. He is with his childhood friend and one one will dare to stop him.😆

Namita, I understand that you'd like Purvi to do such a thing.😊 But I don't think she will. I also agree with Debu and Jahnvi. Purvi will not really use the POA unethically. It is not Purvi's business anymore to decide what Arjun does or does not do with his life. She should maintain personal distance at work, but she must listen to what Arjun has to say to her about him and her. She can support him silently. However, she must refrain from hand holding etc. He is an engaged man.

I know it is unethical for Purvi to misuse her power but this is just a show guys so please chill. Remember, when Purvi resigned and Archana marched into Arjun's cabin and screamed at him, was that ethical? This is all drama. I just want to create some drama here so Arvi can have an argument and fire off at each other. Their silent stares are getting on my nerves. Don't you want some sparks flying off. Don't you all remember, this 2 were at their best in those fighting scenes, challenging each other. The arvi scenes are getting too boring for me so hence that post, Purvi, you are the boss.

I agree Namita, sparks flying between them would be good and a little fighting too. Yep, it is just a drama! all dramatised.
