As appealing as it may look for Purvi to give Arjun a cold shoulder rub off treatment... ideally i dont think tht is possible.

I agree with you completely.

Second point, the PoA can be revoked any time, and if Purvi starts misusing it on the lines suggested above, it will probably be revoked. Arjun still owns the company, remember, or at least half of it, and the powers have been only DELEGATED to Purvi, not transferred in perpetuity.

Of course it is your personal view, as the above is mine. That is taken for granted, and I for one see no need to qualify the above for any reason. Neither need you do that!

Now, if AK wants to talk with Purvi regarding their relationship in the office, Purvi should avoid it. Previously she has done so. Hence, if Purvi thinks to use her POA as a weapon against AK, it will not be justified and morally ( and ethically also) it will not be supported from my side.

It's an opinion from my side. This is entirely my personal view.
