This broke his trance'"No This cant be" he looked at Geet but she was not looking at him. And infront of him, the man who could not bear anyone touch her, there was someone else placing ring in her finger and then she placing ring on his finger. He could do nothing but just be the spectator burning from inside. He could not understand why was she so mad to do all this.But Geet was not even looking at him.
Maan had to talk to Geet, he can't just leave things that way
"Daarji' Main Geet ko wish kerdoon?? "
"Bilkul Maanji, yeh bhi koi puchne kee baat hai"
And Maan went there Geet and Rahul. Geet was looking down but she could feel his presence. Everyone was coming to wish her but she was all lost to notice who were coming and going. This was all she had to do, so she was doing so. Punishing herself.
"Hi Rahul, I am Maan Singh Khurana" Hearing the name itself Rahul got up. In corporate world who did not know the name of MSK.
"Hii' hiii" he stammered and shakingly forworded his hand.
"Congratulations" Maan said calmly but most of the time his looks were on Geet who would not look at him. At last he had to call her
"GEET" he said almost chewing his teeth in anger but controlled seeing the situation around.
"Congratulations Geet" Geet had to look up. She was just aware that no one sees awkwardness in her.
She thanked him by just nodding her face, not knowing at all why he was here. He wanted her out of his life and did not want to see her, then why was he here.
Maan wanted Geet out but how could he and Rahul was over excited that MSK was here in his engagement. His friend worked with Khurana group and was simple employee there and he had heard a lot about attitude of MSK and that his friend though working in Khurana group has only seen MSK once when he came to congratulate employees for their success last year and here MSK was present in his own engagement.
"Si- ssiir you are here in my engagement'" Geet looked at Rahul, who was so much lost in MSK's presence. Anyone of their class would be, it was natural and she realized how well Maan knew the difference between her class and his. It was Vaa-aast.Only that she was living in the illusionary world.
"I know Daarji' I have worked for development work in Hoshiyaarpur and I know Geet, his granddaughter' Mumbai me bhi mila tha iss-se. So how I would have not come in her engagement"
Last sentence he said giving a satiric look at Geet but the smiled at Rahul. Geet was not looking at him at all.
Rahul looked at Geet in Awe'. Wow he was so proud he was marrying agirl who knows MSK. This was something. Geet gave weak smile to Rahul.
"Lets go outside and have some talk' Can you and Geet come outside.. here its too much crowdy, I feel uncomfortable with crowds."
Rahul was more than happy and he also compelled Geet to come out.As they reached out Maan had planned to send away rahul some how but he was lucky as Rahul got a call from friend. He was about to cut but Maan requested him to talk as he will wait for him.
Once Rahul left Maan was fast, swiftly placed his hand around her waist and pulled her to the darker side behind the venue. It was almost dark and lonely there. Geet who was lost looking down was surprised by this sudden action by him.
"What is all this going on?? " He demanded. But she did not speak just again kept staring on the ground.
He held her face strongly in his one palm to make her look at him as his other hand was still on her waist
"I am asking you something'. Do you think this is a game, it's a real engagement happening' dammit"
But she did not respond. His anger was rising, he smashed his lips on her' she did not respond.He bit her lower lips, slight physical pain she opened her mouth and he invaded it. Neither did she oppose what he did nor did she respond. She knew her weakness towards him, if she tries to oppose she may end up loosing to him which she did not want.
No reaction from her, his anger was rising' he pressed her waist hardly from one hand and brought his other hand to press her curves above her blouse. He wanted her to repond his kiss.but Geet did not respond at all' just closed her eyes to feel the physical pain that he was giving her.
Frustrated Maan separates and shakes her shoulder and pleads
"Geet please .. kuch to bolo.. this is all wrong, you know that, you know na"
But she did not react nor speak. He caressed her cheeks
"Naraz ho..tou ho na.. just take out your anger on me' but don't do this. Speak, please speak"
She then gave a slight smile "Aapse naaraz hone kee hamaree kahan aukad Khurana ji"
"Why not' . what I did, I deserve your anger' take it out on me, you have all rights but please stop this Game."
"No mr khurana, I can't' I know my status with respect to you and thanks for showing me the reality of my status before it was too late"
"Khurana ji, Mr Khurana' what is this'. I am Maan' And please stop this daram'. chalo Mumbai mere saath, phir jitni saza de ni hai de dena" She looked at him questioningly at this.
He lifted her face "aapkee narazgee ser ankhoon pe"
"No Mr Khurana, I have decide to change my status from Keep of a billionair to be a respectable wife of a very common man"
"GEET!! " he almost lifted his hand to slap her for calling herself so but then folded his fists and lowered his hand. He took deep breath to gain his control.
He took her hand and was trying to take the ring out' "bohut ho gaya sunna sunana'.I will myself throw this and end all this'. And tomorrow you are coming to Mumbai with me' in our own world' samjhee tum' sirf meri au tumhare' sirf hamaree duniya me"
"What are you doing Mr. Khurana, this is a golden ring and also have small diamond. It costs well for us middle class people' and there is no sirf humaree duniya'. You yourself had brought our relation infront of everyone and cleared what I am to you and what you are and where I stand in that relation"
"Geet it all happened in haste babe' just for once come to Mumbai and you will know what you are for me'. And I am warning you' no Mr Khurana"
"Aapne he bataya hai mujhe' Maan kehne kee aukaad nahi hai meri"
"I am saying It all just happened"
But by then Rahul came looking for them and Maan left Geet'.
"Siir you guys are here' I was looking everywhere' Geet everyone is looking for you inside"
"Ohh just while talking don't know how we came here'. But I need to talk to you too" Rahul stopped and Geet left.
But Maan just talked here and there with Rahul and took his and Geet's new Number saying he will wish them on wedding day.
Then late at that night, he knew Geet would not have slept he called her. geet not knowing whose number it was called her
"Hello"
"Geet' I Maan, don't cut the phone" but she canclled the cut, knowing that more she will be in contact with him the weaker will be her resolution which would be very wrong, wrong for her and wrong for her family.

Maan could not take her with him that day but he just continuously kept messaging her which she used to delete even without looking at.
He kept on missing her more and more and fell more and more for her. Each day dying to bring her back to him.
She just ignored everything abuot her and just followed what her family said.
Maan somehow came to know her marriage day and was shocked that she was actually going to marry Rahul.
