Sameer tries to enter 108 BH but entry is denied at main gate due to quarantine. Sameer goes around the hospital. He sneaks inside the hospital by climbing over wall n uses Mili to meet Naina. Mili is floored as Sameer praises her.

Inside the hospital doctors n staff work hard to treat the patients affected by this unknown illness. Soon they discover the neurotoxicity gas can in the belongings of one casualty. They send it for toxicology tests. Aniruddh and Naina have accidental close moments in the ICU while managing serious casualties .
ICU team manages the casualties by removing /washing away toxic substances.

Later Naina is thanked by Aniruddh for not listening to him n joining as Army doctors. He asks her why she was using Sameer to keep Aniruddh at bay. Aniruddh asks her to relax as he will never force himself to get back into her life , he will work strictly as professional doctor.

Junior doctors praise Maj Nina and Maj Aniruddh for saving lives of all casualties affected by toxic exposure. The hospital is declared out of quarantine as all casualties affected recover . Sameer tries to probe Naina Aniruddh past relationship as they were from same college. Aniruddh makes excuses n gets busy with his work, so does Naina.

Later Naina meets Aniruddh and states that she is thankful to him for changing his mind. She hopes he will not betray her or cheat her or pursue her. He will leave her alone. Aniruddh agrees but wants a moment with her for the sake of their past . He holds her in his arms and relives their memories. Naina is affected by his closeness but remains aloof and moves away . She realises she still loves him n gets teary eyed . Aniruddh also is heart broken realises his love for Naina has not changed at all . Romantic BG song plays …’ Naino ki gurpechiyaan….. “

Jahnavi influences Mili to confess her feelings to Sameer, today’s guys like girls who take the first step . Soon Sameer comes to meet her and he appreciates her . He thanks her for helping him that day, requests her to keep it secret from Suryakant . She asks him to bribe her with cold coffee. Soon Sameer discovers Mili was in love with him. He walks away .

Naina is walking absentmindedly , she collides with Kavita , Naina shares how she was affected when Aniruddh stated he will move on from her . She wanted this but is now feeling pain.
Naina and Aniruddh manage a serious case in the ICU along with junior doctors . She questions how he got interested in medicine as he hated it , Aniruddh states he developed liking because of Naina , during their past romance she always narrated to him about medicine n he started liking it .

At Rashtriya Rifle base Uri , Sameer gets calls from Mili , he does not take the calls . Mili is worried .

Suryakant praises the team of doctors for handling the serious situation at 108 BH. Suryakant recommends Aniruddh for medal recommendation. Aniruddh suggests It should be sent for Naina instead as she ordered all the protocols during quarantine . She deserved it . Suryakant agrees.
Naina feels hurt again sensungnAnuriddh was moving away from her . Kavita comes her n shares how she is ready to forgive her own husband for the sake of their son, but he will never come back. She asks Naina to forgive if he seeks forgiveness .
Naina tells her bhiaya that she will consider Sameer as he recommended him for her . Aniruddh overhears this n again gets heart break

108 BH receives new casualties who are complicated . Everyone joins to manage the new casualty. Bhaiya hands Sameer instructions on how to live with Naina… he wants this might be considered a sort of prenup agreement .. Sameer gets hopeful.

Naina tells Aniruddh about her upcoming engagement with Sameer n seeks Aniruddh’s help to select clothes for the ocassion. Aniruddh gets more heart ache.
