3Yrs Later: In KM Delhi

Maan wakes up in his big elegant and perfectly decorated bed room, goes to the window and take deep breath and fresh air.It's 5am in the morning. He looks at his bed which is empty without him.

So his wife was not in his room yesterday. He had been waiting and waiting for her to come when he had drifted to sleep at last. This was not exceptional day. It regularly has started to happen. He knew that this means she is very disturbed again today.

He rings the bell and there id knock on the door.

"Come in"

"Good morning sir"

"Morning Pari' how is you Mam today, at what time did she come at night"

He said calmly. Yeah he has forgot to get angry since last 2 yrs. His anger and his temper have cost him a lot. He is a complete different person than what he was 2yrs back.

"Sir woo.. actually sir" Pari was not comfortable in answering

"You can be free with me Pari'" He calmly assured her.

"Sir she came at 2:30 and' and sir woo" He laughed a pained laugh "She was drunk'" he completed her sentence.

"Actually more than ever sir' she was not even able to walk, three of us had to help her"

"OK you may leave" and then when she left he sat own to feel the pain of hers. He closed his eyes to take all her pain, all the pain he has given her. With heavy heart he got up to go to Gym when Nakul's voice came.

"Sona Baba' aisee nahi daute" But his 2 and half year son, Mohit gate crashed his room.

"D-a-a-d-a" and he jumped on Maan. Maan hugged him tightly and made him jump in the air and got busy playing with him. Sometime tickling his son, sometime jumping him in air. He is the only one who can bring smile on Maan's face even on this tough morning.

"Ma-mma ka-aa"(Mamma where?)

"Mamma coming' you go and play" and he asked Nakul to take him.

He then went out for Gym and then returned after an hour. Got fresh and directly went to the room where his wife was sleeping almost unconscious.

He sat beside her, while sleeping how innocent and calm she looked, free of all the pain, all the pain that he have given her. He removed the hair flocks from her face to get clear view of her beautiful face.

How she preffered to be unconscious because of him, trying to run away from the pain he have given her. How he has broken her so many times. Every time breaking the already broken her that now she was broken into so many pices that he had no idea how to glue all the broken pices. Even if her try to glue them, there will be so many marks that he had no idea how will he make the.

Ohh what have he done. Looking at her condition, tears escaped his eyes but he stopped it. He has no right to get tears in his eyes. He was the one who only knew how ti give tears to her.

While she is sleeping so unconsciously, he tries to find the deep love that she had hidden behing the layer of hatred for him. However much she shows she hates him, he know somewhere deep within she is madly in love with him, an also to prve herself wrong she does all the things he hates, to feel how much she hates him.

He caresses her cheeks while she is in deep sleep or else he doesn't have the guts to even touch her.

"Why do you do all this. I know you are not comfortable with whatever you do' why do you hurt yourself so much just to hurt me"

Since 2 yrs he has been praying everyday that everything in their life to be turned to normal.

Maan reaches his office after a while.

At 11 am at KM:

"PARI!!! " hears pari from room of Mrs Khurana and come running

"Where's my lemon water'. Have I to ask for everything to get it"

"Good morning Mam' sorry Mam" Pari says shakingly.

Then one other helper, Meenu came to the room with a medicine and a glass of water.

"Mam your medicine" she said lowering he head, knowing very well that she will be blasted for this.

"Medicine??? Did I ask or it"

"Mam, its Monday" "so??? " "Mr Khurana will shout at us if you don't"

"Ok bring it" she took the medicine and threw it in trash box "Now leave"

Then other helper, Nancy came with lime water.

Maan is meanwhile busy in an important meeting. At office, no one can budge a word when he is talking but he gets a message from Pari "Sir Urgent"

Maan's mind immediately goes to his wife and he excuse himself from the meeting.

"Yes Pari' what's the matter" "Sorry to disturbed you but Mam is not ready to take her medicine"

He really gets frustrated, "So why are all of you hired if I have to be disturbed in office hour"

So Dadima has handled the situation. She does not do it everytime, leaves him to manage his own created mess but it was because of her daughter-in-law that she had interfered.

They see him at the door and smile from both their face goes away. Dadima gets up to leave the room. He slowly says "Thanks Dadima" but she only gives disgusted looks to him and leaves from there.

After she leaves he closes the door and when he turned his beautiful wife was standing near bed. She looked epitome of beauty. She was always beautiful for him but this elegant red sleevelss night gown of her, her slightly messed hair near her face. Her hands and legs now more professionally pedicured and manicured and professionally painted nails. But she carried them so casually it all looked so natural on her'.. she looked so desirable but he was not supposed to even think in that direction but in trance he got pulled towards her.

He held her arm with his hands softly' "Why do you do all this"

She removed his hands from her arms, looked at the place he had held her and gave a mocking smile

"Using your husbandly rights Mr Khurana???? " He was caught off guard.

"Umm' nahi.. woo I was worried about you' you look more troubled"

Hearing that she gave a hysterical smile holding her belly

"You are worried about me' did I hear that Mr. Khurana?? Should I consider this as the joke of the day' you can really make me laugh"

He ignored her laugh'. "You were drunk like anything yesterday' why are you doing all this' its not good' not good for anyone, not you not our son and not for"

"Our son' no Mr. Khurana' your son' you had asked me to remember it clearly, so see I remember it."

Maan closed his eyes in pain and guilt. He gulped his saliva. But before he could say anything

"And there you go' its not good for your son and your family reputation' wohi to main sochi meri fikar appko'. But don't worry from next time I will try to control"

He said but in very low voice "You are one whom I am most worried about' trust me for once"

She went to the dresser, picked her comb and started fixing her hair '. "Trust you'. Today you are really in mode of joke Mr khurana'. Anyways I did not drink intentionally'. Kya karo, puranee yadoon ke meharbani' ek bhulaoo to dusree yaad aa jatee thi, phir usse bhulaoo to teesree ' bas aise pete gaye."

"But don't worry' for your family reputation and your son, I will try to control" And then just ignoring his presence there she went to the wash room. But he just stayed there.

After 10 mints she came out' he face freshly wet with water and some parts of her hair to were wet with the splash of water that she must have done on her face'.

It was hard for him to control when she was in front'. Always looked so desirable. He turned to other side and gulped his saliva to control himself.

"Mohit was missing you... " he knew her weak point, that is one name that can melt the layer of stone that she has placed in her heart.

She turned to other side and his work was done. He left.
