Hello Aditi.. Long time.. I too came here today by chance and just gave my POV after the leap, as you say, in a nutshell...😉😆.. Tina is trying hard to show the difference between the two characters by acting sober, sad, silent and dignified for the older (?) Ichcha and portraying Meethi as over- talkative, happy, carefree and pampered teenager. Initially her make up and dress was gaudy, but now she has brought it down and it takes some time for viewers also to accept her different avatar..😆.. But the funniest part is that none of the actors have aged after 18 long years and it looks like they have been given Chyaavanapraash right from the hands of the Ashwini Kumar Devatas and are hence ever young...😆😆

well said. How about Dhadaji? By a simple calculation, When veer's accident happened he must be 28 as he was foreign educated and was a business man. Add minimum 20 to get Mai's age at that time +18 to get her age now. So it is 66 minimum. Add another 4 years for Baba, so he is 68 now. Add another 24 atleast for dhadaji, so he is 92 yrs. Can you believe a ? Again Nani must be in same age group of dhadaji. May be 4 to 5 years less. So Nani is 85+. Can teh CV s keep fooling around? How long? Both of them will live till 100+ and acheming and planning?

I had decided not to watch Uttaran when I heard Veer would die and NS would leave the show...

But when I saw through written updates that Veer had not actually died (at least they didn't show that before leap) but had selective amnesia, I watched the two weeks' worth of episodes I missed.

I have still to 'catch up' on the last two episodes, though.

I saw the one where both Tinas were travelling in the same train.

When Icha was asked by the policeman and policewoman accompanying her... they asked her - that seeing your good behaviour in prison, your jail sentence was heavily reduced (or words to that effect) - why didn't you leave jail and go stay at your house?

For that Icha said I couldn't have done it (cuz she didn't want her daughter to know that her mum was a criminal). But I'm thinking if her sentence was pardoned a long time back, Meethi would only have been a baby or a little girl... why couldn't they have explained to a little girl that her mum was away and came back?

Why did they have to convince her that her mother was dead?

I love your analysis and comparison...I have missed your posts...UT does not sound as if I want to ever watch it again although I did peak a few times😳😳 and rather liked Rathore but I understand he has also left the show...I think I can do without watching the others.😉. Still great to read the posts of the friends who are still watching...that is what I miss the most.😔
