I miss the older building. it looked much neater and full of space.
The new build kinda looks very congested and small because of the color-scheme and plastered decorations on every balcony.
Now Bhide-master's notice board is gone inside and If you notice carefully, the size of varandaa (sitting chair space) outside Mehta saab's house is also reduced. :(
The beauty of this series comes from its script, its characters and not from the physical things such as the building.
I don't understand why Asit modi wasted so much money in renovating he building, he could have used same money to hire better scriptwriters. 😲

My views:

I got used to earlier set..so my brain neurons would naturally love old set more...
I prefer realistic, natural, rough, old paint-type set rather than polished shiny and synthetic set...

I also feel:
Poptal lal should get married
New characters are required.
It would have been realistic if Abdul purchased a nearby shop and perhaps opened a dhaba or something which would add more fun and get together events.

But still new one is different, All buildings beatuifully desgined.. + new club house.. and also Two god statues there..

And 2nd thing it still looks neater but now more beautiful

I like the new building as well as the old one. What still remains a mystery is that Jetha's wing does not have any staircase(neither the new building has nor did the old one have) , so how do people living on floors above him , get down from the building ? 😆
