even though we all hate this prashant crap but it is very much necessary as the story demands and this is also something which happens in real life

this keeps the story close to reality

Its a story requirement...Both Yash and Aarti need some sort of closure right now before they can take such a drastic step in life. They both are having doubts right now and to make themselves believe they are taking the right step they need to face what is holding them behind. For Yash its Arpita and for Aarti its Prashant. Until they both deal with it they wont be able to let go and move on and realize that getting married again is the right thing to do😊
