Thank you so much for replying, everyone. Taking all the points into consideration, to an outsider like you and me, Arpita's mother is obsessive and compulsive regarding her daughter to an extent that she wants to become Aarti's mother without the latter's permission. But from her POV, she is just a helpless grieving mother.
Point being , that we become judgy ( in Damon Salvatore's language) because we are on the outside and not inside the situation. Like we hate Daaku Mom, Disco Maansi, Aaadiwaasi Dad because their pettiness gets to us. But at the same time, they may have weaknesses too or even maybe good sides.
To be grey is human. And its permissible until it threatens the lives of the ones around you. Arpita's mother maybe a creep or she maybe a blessing - its too early to judge. Humph, see how i used the word JUDGE again.
Forgive me , but i was just playing Devil's Advocate. No offence meant. 😃
Love and luck always,❤️
GOD bless everyone. 🤗
