The writer has posted comments on this articleTNN | Mar 16, 2012, 09.00PM ISTActor Saif Ali Khan has a connection with the 'Mumbai Underworld'. Before your minds get racing, let us clarify that it has everything to do with the promotional tactics of his 'Agent Vinod' that's all set to release on theatre screens soon.
Apparently, Saif Ali Khan has launched characters 'Agent Vinod' (played by Saif) and 'Iram' (played By Kareena Kapoor) in the popular social game called 'Mumbai Underworld'. The basic idea surrounding the game is to build your own empire by buying properties and employing assets and even becoming the most powerful 'bhai' or 'don' of the area.
We hear that about 3 million users are already hooked onto the game, and are only too happy to hire 'Agent Vinod' to look after their 'criminal empire' or the 'underworld'. Of course, there's nothing too serious about it as social games are supposed to be light, fun and easy.
Gamers who employ Agent Vinod in their games wil recieve movie merchandise and some other goodies from the production house.
