I was in a treat this week. First Watched "Bidya" in kahaani. Amazing experience and excellent acting and perfect blend of actors.
And Then i watched "Paan Singh Tomar" Wow, What a Movie. Irfan Khan at his best and I guess this is his first "Solo" movie and what a story. I think Bollywood has starting surprising me with making "great movies" after all the stupid "Ra-one, Ik Main or Ik Tu, Bodyguard to name a few
Indian film inductry has started to experiemnt with more deserving actors and not "self proclaimed Kings, And Drama Queen Kareena etc.
Irfan Khan is such a brilliant actor, to be compared to "Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri category and he has done full justice to the role and so have aeveryone else in the movie , same way as Kahaani . The whole team in both the movies was great. The limelight was not on One "Hero or heroine" , No songs, No Item Numbers, just great acting, story, direction and above all "No Vulgarity, No Double meaning dialogues .
Mazaa Aaa Gaya.
Keep them coming.
I would vote for Irfan for National Award and this movie should be nominated for Oscar .
