Fardeen Khan's kin killed in south Delhi car crash

New Delhi: Two people, including the half-sister of Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan, were killed in a collision of two cars in south Delhi in the early hours of Monday morning, police said Monday.

The other person who died in the accident was identified as Mohan, a technical officer at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Three others were also injured in the accident which took place at south Delhi's August Kranti Marg past midnight.

"The accident was reported at 1:30 a.m. when 48-year-old Sonia was riding in a Honda City car with a driver ( Ramesh Kumar) along with Keshav Sharma. The car was rammed into by aMaruti Swift Dzire from behind whose driver was Mohan Kumar," said a police official.

All the victims were taken to the AIIMS Trauma Centre where Mohan and Sonia were pronounced dead.
