Mansen Goenka is a well known industrialist in Mumbai.He hates poor and middle class people .Well his father doesn't agree with him on this point and hates this quality in his son..

SHAKUNTALA:Wife of Manses Goenka..She is a nice kind hearted lady..She also doesn't agree with her husband in his dislike for poor and middle class people…But she never goes against her husband.

They have 4 children:

The youngest one is shruti: Has gone off abroad for studies.

Elder to her Priti: who is a fashion designer and also owns a boutique.

The eldest son is:SURAJ GOENKA: He is the ideal son any parents would want to have. Obedient ,Dutiful, Lovable, Smart, Handsome, Caring. He is very obedient to his father and does anything against him. His father's wish is his command. But there certain things he doesn't agree wid his father but he never brings them out so as to maintain peace in his home..

His Wife:MANASVI: Very Beautiful, confident, strong minded, but at the same time simple, down to earth..These qualities aptly describe manasvi. She is sweet spoken and very homely and that's the reason she is loved by one and all in the family..

Hers and suraj's was a love cum arranged marriage..Both used to study in the same university in London.For suraj although it was love at first sight,he was impressed by all her qualities.But initially he was a bit apprehensive about admitting his love to her since he is a bit shy and reserved in nature but atleast manged to get her friendship..But it was when mansvi's marriage was decided upon he couldn't bear the pain of loosing her and proposed her..Initially mansvi was a bit reluctant but soon realized that she too loved him..And thus their marriage took place.Since mansvi was from a rich and affluent family mansen was more than happy in his sons choice.

Their daughter is Khushi: sweet and loved by everyone especially mansen..She is the apple of his eyes

The other son ARJUN GOENKA: He is the most eligible bachelor after his brother..He is totally different from his brother Suraj.Arjun is charming, handsome, good-looking, has girls swooning to his tunes wherever he goes,a very good businessman as his brother and father,extrovert and an incorrigible flirt..

Arjun is loved by all and is the laadla of his family.He is a bit naughty and gets away wid everything he wants and his all wishes are completed by his father and brother. He is very impulsive,romantic,gets angry very quickly but is a very sweet and kind hearted person.

He is very close to Suraj and gives his much respect. But he is even more close to his bhabhi manasvi whom he treats as elder sister and shares all his secrets wid her first.There's nothing in his mind he could hide to her.

Ok Now this completes the Goenka family…Other characters will be introduced as the story proceeds..

IN HERITAGE HOUSE, its morning 7.30am

Baisa(B): Sab log nashte ki table pe aajayie.Manasvi suraj aur khusi ko bulao..

Manasvi(MV):Baisa aap to jaanti hai naa suraj ko bulane ki koi zarrorat nahi hai..Woh bilkul appne papa jaise punctual hain..Kabhi mujhe der ho sakti hai baisa lekin surajji ko…kabhi nahi..aap bahar jaake dekhiya who apko table par hi milenge, papa ke saath discussion karte huye..

B:sahi kaha tumne.woh bilkul apne papa par gaya hai.

Meanwhile shakuntala enters inside the kitchen:

S:Arrey mansavi baki sab to breakfast ke liye aa gay hain lekin appka laadla arjun kaha hai..Baisa sach kahoo is ladke ko bigadh ke rakh diya hai uske papa aur suraj ne..jaanta hai na ke uske papa kitne punctual hai aur phir bhi roz late..

Manasvi comes and hugs shakuntala from behind..Her head on shakus shoulders

(smilingly )Mama laadla to who aapka bhi ha,bigada to aapne bhi hai…..😉

B: haan shakuntala abhi toh umar hai uski………

S: Baisa aap aura b yeh mansavi bhi..sab uski hi tariff kar rahe hai..na jane kya jadoo chalaye hai aap par

Mv: Yehi to baat hai mere devar ki….😊

S: achcha ab apne pyaare se devar ko jake uthao bhi

Mv: Ji mama abhi gayi aur yun aayi(smiling)

Manasvi goes to arjun's room..

There a guy is seen in the bed . Manasvi goes to wake him up and sees him blabbing out sumthing in his sleep..

A: hey Sanya nahi tum koun ho?..Oh nisha! wow nisha aaj to bahut achchi lag rahi ho!!…Lekin tum to pichle saal states chali gayi thi naa ..achcha mere liye vapas aayi ho,..How chweet! and gives a kiss to pillow…😳😳

Manasvi sees all these and laughs.😆😆Sees a alarm clock on the table.Mansvi takes the alarm clock and keeps it near his ear..Alarm rings and Arjun wakes up and is quite confused for a moment..😕

Then he sees his bhabhi and says :TUM???

Mansvi: huh?

A: Oh I am sorry bhabhi mera matlab ahi aap yahaan ………Night club main kya kar rahi hain..

Then looks around

Mv: Nahi arjunji main night club main nahi hoon nahi aap hain..Hum dono filhal aapke kamre main hain..mujhe as usual aapko jaagane ka aadesh mila hai…aur aap jaldi se niche aayie varna….

A: Oh bhabhi pata hai pata hai…Ye aapka roz ka record hain..sun sun ke bor ho chukka hoon.. Aur aapne mera achcha khaasa sapna bhi todh diya

Mv: Agar itne hi bor hochuke ho..To ek din bhi mere aake uthane se pehle kyun nahi uthte…aur jaha tak baat hai aapke sapno ki to who toh jaaha tak mujhe yaad hai aap roz ek hi sapna dekhte hai..

A; aapse kisne kaha??

Mv:kyun? Janab roz ladkiyon ke to sapne aate aapko..hai na..haan ladkiyaan bldalti zarror hai rozz..

A: (frowning)Bhabhi!!!

Mv:Achccha ab jao aur jaldi tayar ho jao..sab intezar kr rahe hai..

A: sab log aa gaye kya bhabhs..

Mv: hmm sab agaye

Arjun to himself: Aaj to gaya papa mujhe…Then looks at his bhabhi and smiles and says: Bhabhiiii wohh😛

Mv: mujhe pata hai. Main sab kuch sambhaloongi tum bas jaldi aajao..

Gives a little smile and says: Oh bhabhi you are great and the Best.

Saying he goes off to bathroom…

Guys the next part is a short one...

Down in the breakfast table..Everyone is waiting in the hall for breakfast its already 8.00 am. Arjun arrives and says :GOOD MORNING !!! Hows the day and….


Everyone stares at arjun and Arjun thinks to himself:
yeh sub log mujhe iss tarah kyun dekh rahe hai as if main arjun goenka nahi balki koi alien khadha hoon.. 😆 😆


S: agaye aap…

Arjun:haan woh ….

Suraj(Su): kaam raha hoga naa raat ko bahut (eating his toast) and looking at manasvi
Kyun manasvi sahi keh raha hoo naa?? Aapke devar to din raat sirf kaam hi karte hain..

Manasvi first not able to say anything,then quickly says that
Nahin toh arjun kal kafi der tak jag raha tha

Arjun looks at manasvi and says slowly : Bhabhi!!!!

Manasvi not looking at Arjun says: Kal to arjun kaafi derse soya tha kyunki uske sar mein bohot dard tha….

Looking at arjun: kyun hai naa devarji?? 😉😉

Arjun understanding his bhabhi's trick starts acting as if his head is still aching..

Shakuntala runs towards him and mansvi gives a small smile and suraj sees this and mansvi stops smiling.. She knew that suraj has understood about her lie..But she knows that suraj wont say anything… She smiles and suraj too smiles again.. 😳 😳

In mansvi and suraj's room:

Su: Mansvi!! Mansvi!!


Mv: kya hua baba!! Rumal ,tie, joote, wallet sab to yehi hai pir kyun chilla rahe hai??


Su: Mansvi par button to nahin hai naa

Mv: button?? 😕

Su: haan aapne kapde to nikal diye par us shirt pe button hai ke nahi ye nahi dekha aapne


Mv:( a little irritated) Suraj aap bhi naa ....itne bade ho gaye hain ek button tak lagana nahi aata.(all the while saying she goes to the wadrobe and opens it) yaa phir koi nayi doosri shirt bhi to pehen sakte hain..lekin nahi biwi hain naa….

Su:( all the while smilingly looks at her and then goes and hugs her): mansvi has her face towards the wadrobe so she is a bit surprised .

Su: mansvi jab tum jaisi patni ho toh mujhe yeh sab khudh karne ki kya zaroorat hai..hmm tum ho mera khyaal rakhne ke liye 😳 ..aur phir mansvi tumhari yeh pyaari si daat sun ne ke liye toh ye button roz tod sakta hoon. 😉

Suraj then gives a slight small kiss on the back of her neck

Mansvi blushes at herself 😳 😳 and then looks back putting a mask of little frustrated type: Achcha yaani ke ye sab jaan buch ke kiya hai..

Su: nahin aaj to nahi haan lekin ab socta hun ki idea bura nahi hai.. 😉 tum isi tarah meri bahon mein rahogi aur mein dekhta rahoonga….

Mansvi constantly blushes and looks down and then starts putting the button.. 😳 😳

Su: Mansvi yeh tum theek nahi kar rahi ho…

Mansvi was putting button..Kyun kya huwa. Sui(needle) chubha kya(concerned look);

Su: nahin mein button ki nahi arjun ki baat kar raha hoon..tum roz is tarah usko bachati rahogi toh who zimmedar kaise banega?? Aaj to bacha liye kal aur phir parso..

Mansvi doesn't say anything..par suraj continues…..

Arjun ko ab zimmedar banna hoga.

Mv: lekin..

Su: lekin vekin nahin mansvi usko samajna hoga.Manta hoon he is a very good businessman uski kabiliyat mein mujhe koi shak nahi .....par fikar hai uski in harkaton se..aakir kab sudhrega who aur ab to uski sh….ahhhh!!

The needle pricked him and
Mv:kya huwa.. jyaada chubha kya…

Su: looks lovingly in her eyes and says: Nahiin.. 😳 (brings her closer)
Mv(blushes) and says:suraj kya kar rahe ho koi dekh lega toh kya kahega… 😳 😳

Just then they hear a voice :AHEM!AHEM

Arjun enters with his usual smile on his face and seeing him both suraj and mansvi go red in their face with embarrassment…

A:sahi keh rahi bhabhi,bhaiyya ....kya kahenge log…aapko yeh sab karna hi hai to main chala jaata....

Before he could complete his statement …Suraj says: Arjun tum…... aaj tum {he goes to catch arjun and
arjun goes behind mansvi }and says :ab kaho ab kahiye kuch(with a naughty expression)

Mv:tum dono ab bas bhi karo.Aur waise bhi arjun jaise tum soch rahe ho vaise kuch nahi…

A: babhi aap ko justification dene ki zaroorat nahi hai..main jaanta hoon apne bhaiya ko ki kitne romantic 😳 hain woh….. 😊

SU: Arjun aaj tumhe mansvi bhi nahin bahcha sakti…Tries to hit him but manasvi comes in between and says

Aap bhi nah bachon ki tarah..............

Su:Oh main to bhul hi gaya tum meri patni se jyaada uski bhabhi ho naa..... ab meri baat kon sunega..

Mv: aisi baat nahin hai..main to isliyae keh rahi thi kyunki apko office ke liye der ho rahi hai…..

Arun interrupts:
Waise kuch bhi kaho bhaiya aapne mujhe manasvi bhabhi jaise bhabhi dekar is janam mein sab se achcha kaam kiya hai..

Mv: haan who to hai…apne mujhe bhi to aisa pyaara dever diya hai(holding arjun's arms)

Su:hmm!!!!!bhagwan bachaye is bhabhi- devar ki jodi se

and leaves for office

Mv: looks at arjun: waise arjun ek baat to tumhare bhaiya ki sach hai.. tumhe ab zimmedar ban na hoga..is tarah ..........… dekho arjun aaj toh maine jhooth bol diya par ab roz roz mujhse yeh nahi hoga

A(confused):kyun??

Mv: Dekho..

Suddenly his cell rings and he picks up..

A: Hey shefali..hmm…haan haan array haan …achha main thodi der main aata hoon..jsut leaving.you wait for me. I'll just come…. Bhabhi..

Mansvi hears everything and interrupts:

Isiki baat kar rahi hoon main….

(SHEFALI KHANDELWAL is pratap khandelwal's daughter.She is the would be wife of arjun goenka ie his fiance..She loves arjun a lot. Even arjun likes her but actually doesn't love her and has agreed to marry her because of his father's wishes.Pratap and mansen are good friends and pratap always wanted to marry off his daughter shefali to arjun and even mansen wants so because mansen feels shefali is the ideal bahu for this family…. She's rich , classy,highly educated, beautiful and everything that a goenka bahu must be.. He trusts suraj a lot but arjun… so he had choosen himself a girl for arjun.. Shefali is highly possessive about arjun and she works with him in his company.. She is a partner in his company….. she is eagerly waiting for their marriage but arjun .. he sill doesn't know whether he wants to marry her or not…He still treats her as a very good friend and is concerned about her but he himself also knows that this is not love.He knows that probably she can keep him happy but still how can he say that he loves her.... 😕
Also there was no use going against his father and he knows that..So he decided to keep quite and agree for the marriage.. so he made up his mind that atleast he likes her and is comfortable wid her so probably he would even come to love her at some point of his life… And then she is a nice girl…But a thing that still irks him is that he doesn't love her..And mansvi knows that….)

Mv: walks a bit and says: yeh.......... yaani ki shefali se shaadi ke baad tum par kitni saari zimmedariyan aa jayengi..kya is baat ka ehsas hai tumhe

Arjun doesn't say anything keeps his head low and mum
Mansvi continues…

Aur arjun shefali kya sochegi tumhaari in harkaton ke bare mein…

A: Bhabhi use to sab pata hai..

Mv: haan arjun.. aaj pata hai ....lekin aaj who sirf tumhaari mangetar hai kal who tumhari patni hogi aur har patni ko apne pati se kuch ummeden hoti hai..jo tumhe smajni hogi ..

None of them speaks anything

Then mansvi says:achcha main jaati hoon tum tayar hokar office jalidi jao wahan shefali tumhara intezaar kar rahi hogi..

In office......

Shefali(Sf): Achcha Mr.das ji aapka consignment humne dispatch kar diya hai.....

Just then arjun enters…

Hi shefali…..(Shefali is in a black business suit looking stunning and confident as usual)


Shefali since she is talking on the phone just smiles and greets him and continues talking on the phone to the gentleman..

Shefali in the meanwhile points him to a file…


Arjun asks what (in expressions) and goes and picks up a file and asks whether this(in expression) Shefali nods her head in agreement and Arjun starts reading it and gets lost in the file.

Shefali keeps the phone down and opens her mouth to talk to arjun but falls silent by looking him and thinks in her mind that "how handsome he looks.And how sincere is he..look at him the way he is reading that file…if he shows such sincerity in work then how much will he show in our relationship that is going to be …"

Thinking of these shefali smiles and this brings arjun's attention towards her

A:kya hua ..apne aap kis joke par itna haans rahi ho…Arre humme bhi to batao.. (again going back to his file)

Shefali: (gets up from from her chair and goes towards arjun with a loving look in her eyes and then as she nears arjun the look in her eyes starts transforming in to a sort seducing expression) She goes near him and picks the file from his hand and puts it down the table and says: Arjun!!

Arjun is sitting on the table .

A:looks up at her and asks in a naughty tone..Kya baat hai aaj to kafi achche mood mein hain aap…

Sf: hmm…(a bit confusd)

A:haan kal to apka mood kafi kharab tha..Woh jab aap un employees par chilla rahi thi..

Sf: thinks to herself and then moves one hand on his shoulder and with other hand catches a coat button of his and says: Tum to jaante ho naa… mujhe har cheez on time par chahiye fully organized or yeh log pata nahin inhe kaise kaam pe rakh liya jaata hai…They are so..


A: bas bas forget about it!! Auur haan jis meeting ke liye tumne mujhe itni jaldi bulaya tha ,I think usi meeting par jaane ke liye humme der ho rahi hain….

Sf: (looks at the wall clock and says) : array haan main to bhul hi gayi….

A: hota hai..... hota hai mujhe dekhkar waise bhi ladkiyan bahut kuch bhul jaati hai…u see mmy personality and …. 😳 😳

Shefali (smiles tauntingly and interrupts): lekin Mr Arjun Goenka (coming closer to him) main un ladkiyon main nahi hun samjhe!! Smiles and then they both leave for the meeting.

In night at Heritage house..


Mansen: Arrey shakuntala yeh suraj aur arjun nahin aaye ab tak…

Mv: nahin papa woh arjun ko aaj thodi der ho jaayegi.. actually who ek meeting main gaya….

B4 she could complete mansen says: office ki meeting ke silsilay mein gaya hai ya pir kisi aur silsilay main…

Mv: nahin papa aaj who shefali ke saath meeting pe gaya hai aur usse zara si der ho jaayegi..

Just then suraj enters and and says: papa aap......... aaj toh aap bhi ek meeting main jaane wale the naa to phir nahin gaye

M: nahin beta who tumhare kushal mama jaa chukka hai us meeting ke liye.mujhe aur kuch kaam tha isliye main nahin gaya.. tum fresh ho jao jaldi ..

Suraj leaves for his room..Just then priti enters and says:Good evening all and everyone .. 😊

Everyone looks her and mansvi says :Lo aagayi humari star ..

Priti(P): nahin bhabhi star main thodhi naa hoon.. star to arjun bhaiyya hain.. 😛 hain naa papa,

looks at baisa and says:hain naa baisaa…then looks around and says waise bhabhs where is Arjun bhaiiya!!!


Mansvi smiles: hmm aapke star bhaiiya shayad aaj bahar hi khana khayenge..woh aaj ek meeting main gaye hain shefali ke saath..

P: Oh!(wid a curved smile) phir to shayad bahar hi khayenge.. ab jab shefali bhabhi unke saath hain thodhi naa humari yaad aayegi…

Just then a loud voice comes from behind:

A: priti ki bachchi!!!

Arjun enters with shefali…Manasvi and all turn to look towards him….

Mansen welcomes shefali: Arrey shefali beta aao…

Arjun intrerrupts: who actually bahut raat ho gayi naa isliye maine socha ki aaj shefali humare saath hi khana kha le… kyun shefali??

Sf: nods her head.

M: Bahut achcha khyal hai arjun .

Mv: haan shefali..tum chaho to fresh ho jao tab tak main khana laga deti hoon

Sf: achcha bhabhi.

Suraj comes down and notices arjun and also shefali and is surprised to find her....

Arrey shefali tum, yaha…

Priti: Bhaiiya aaj shefali bhabhi humare saath khana kha rahi hai...looking at arjun 😉 😉

Su: that's nice

Arrey arjun us mehra wali project main who.....

Mansvi interrupts and says: ofho!! Aap bhi naa.. aate hi kaam aur business ki baatein ..arjun itna thak kar aaya hai use zara aaram to karne dijiye aur fresh ho jaane to do…

Arjun jaakar pehle fresh ho jao aur phir khana aur phir koi biusness discussion uske pehle nahi…. Points at arjuns room and looks at arjun: Chalo jao apne room mein aur fresh ho jao

Arjun goes towards his room and shefali notices the command mansvi has in the house..She frowns a bit 🤢 but mansvi smiles at her .....seeing this shefali puts on her smile back

Mv: Aao shefali chaho to to fresh ho jao..
Sf: ji bhabhi (and moves with her..)

Suraj and Mansen start discussing about contract and baisa gets irritated: 😡

Mansen, suraj kitni baar kaha hai ki atleast khane ki table par no business…. 😡

Mansen and suraj look at each other and promptly shut their mouths…..

In the guest room where mansvi has taken shefali for freshening up…

Sf: Bhabhi aap ko dekhkar ye koi nahin keh sakta ki aap ek business woman hai aap to bilkul ek house wife ki tarah lagti hai…aap..

Mv: shefali(smiling) main ek business woman hoon zaroor lekin mere parivar ke prati bhi mere kuch zimmedariyan hai..haan papa ne mujhe apne companies main directorship di hain …..par phir bhi main is ghar ki bahu pehle hoon business woman baad main.Mere liye mere pati aur mere parivar se badhkar aur kuch nahi….

Sf: par bhabhi iss tarah aap company ko apna 100% devotion nahi de paayengi!!(smiles tauntingly)

Mv: nahin shefali.. aaj tak to aisa kabhi nahin hua.. maine apne business aur parivar ko achchi tarah se manage kiya hai.. aur sahi maino main har insaan ko aapne zindagi main balance karna aana chahiye ..infact kal ko jaakar jab tum arjun ki patni banogi tab tumhe bhi yeh dono zimmendariyan nibhani aani chahiye… 👏 👏

Sf: nahin bhabhi..main manasvi nahin hoon..main aap ki tarah dono nahi manage kar sakti..kyunki main yeh dono manage nahin karna chahti…mere liye business pehle parivar baad main…be practical bhabhi aaj ke business world main cut throat competition chal raha hai..ek negligence aur aapki saari mehnat par paani phir jaayega…..Don't be an emotional fool bhabhi!!!!huh! 🤢

Mansvi is bit surprised and shocked to hear these words but then she smiles and says: Shefali I am being practical only..Tum sahi ho business main cutthroat competition chal raha hai..lekin parivar mein bhi ek galti ek galatfaimi poore base basaye parivar ko tehes nahes kar deti hai .(manasvi stands behind shefali with her back to shefali)

Shefali has overconfident look on her as if she herself is right all others are wrong

Shefali looks behind and says: aap nahin badlengi bhabhi

Mansvi has this adamant and strong composure and expression on her face: aur shefali tum koshish bhi mat karna aur haan tum zaroor badalne ki koshish karna..woh tumhare liye hi achcha hoga…

Both look at each other………….

In the dining table everybody is having a dinner with the usual chatter and fun…

At end of dinner Arjun suraj shefali and mansen sit discussing about some new project..

M: hum ne is project bahut mehnat karni hogi..
Su: haan papa yeh hotel ka project bade dadaji ka sapna hai…

A: hmm!!!! Reading the project file

Su: toh papa aagey kya karna hai????

Mansen thinks for a while and then says: Is project ko complete karne ke liye hume atleast 1 mahine ya phir 1 mahine nanital main bitaane honge.
(Nanital is the place where this hotel project is set)

Isliye suraj tum to jaa nahi paooge since tumhari yahhan bahut zaroorat hai…aur kafi saari meetings bhi hai… phir…he comes up wid the idea of arjun and shefali..

A: haan papa main jaa sakta hoon
Sf: ok uncle

M : theek hai phir baki saari baatein hum log kal office main discuss kareinge.. Arjun tum shefali bete ko ghar chhod aao…

Arjun smiles and nods..

Both of them leave..

Mansen says to suraj : suraj kitne achche lagte hai na dono saath mein. 😊
