UNBORN IS A LIFE!!!!!

hi guys...the other day i was watching this documentry on tv on abortion and pregnancy and stuff...so this lady sued a doctor who killed her baby during this operation(not delivery) before it was born...i m not sure if it was in canada or US but the judge showed the law where it said "the baby that hasn't born, isn't a life" and so that lady couldn't do anything about her unborn baby getting killed and the doctor was excused i found it really unfair to her and her baby..a lotta ppl disagree wit the statement "unborn has no life" but nobody does anything about it...and nobody probably doesn't think about..so lemme know what do you ppl think and what should be done?is the unborn baby a life or no? plz do reply...need to know ur opinion
